The present disclosure provides a circular stapler including an instrument body, a handle assembly and a staple pushing rod; wherein an indicator and a strike part are disposed in the instrument body, and the indicator is rotatably connected to the instrument body; when the stapler is in an initial state, the indicator is in a first position area and pressed against the strike part; when the stapler is in a firing state, the indicator is moved to a second position area and separated from the strike part; when the stapler being fired, the indicator returns to the first position area from the second position area, strikes the strike part and emits a strike sound. The strike sound prompts an operator that firing has been successfully completed, so that the operator can know the firing state of the stapler in time and user experience of the operator can be improved.

Circular stapler with audible indicator

A knob assembly and a circular stapler are provided. The knob assembly includes a knob driver, a knob body, a first cooperating component and a second cooperating component. In a blocking state, the first cooperating component is linked with the second cooperating component; while in an unblocking state, the first cooperating component is not fixedly linked with the second cooperating component. One of the first cooperating component and the second cooperating component is provided at the knob driver and the other one is provided at the knob body. When the knob driver is rotated, if a rotating resistance to the knob body reaches a preset resistance value, the knob assembly cannot transmit larger torque, therefore the knob assembly is in a failure mode, the position of the anvil assembly relative to the cartridge remains unchanged, and the tissues will not be excessively compressed.

Knob assembly and circular stapler

A handle assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The handle assembly includes: a first handle, a second handle, a sliding slot disposed on the first handle, a slider slidably disposed in the sliding slot, a second indicator and a first indicator connected to a first end of the second indicator; when the first indicator is rotated in a first direction, a second end of the second indicator is driven to rotate in the first direction and the slider is pushed to move from a first section of the sliding slot to a second section of the sliding slot; when the slider is pressed against the second handle due to rotation of the first handle in a second direction, the second handle is linked with the first handle and the second end of the second indicator is pushed by the slider to rotate in the second direction.

Handle assembly and stapler including the same

A handle assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The handle assembly includes: an indicator; a first handle and a second handle; a slot and a slider, provided in the first handle, the slider can be actuated by the indicator to move from a first section to a second section of the slot; when the slider in in the first section, the second handle cannot be actuated by the first handle and is in an insurance position; when the slider is in the second section of the slider, and the second handle can be actuated by the first handle to move towards a firing position. Therefore, no matter whether the stapler is ready to be fired or not, the first handle can be pressed by the doctor. However, when the stapler is not ready to be fired, the second handle won't be actuated to fire the stapler.

A handle assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The handle assembly includes a first handle, a second handle, a slot provided in the second handle and a slider slidably located in the slot. When the slider is in the first section of the slot, the first handle and the second handle are not linked; when the slider is in the second section of the slot, the first handle is linked to the second handle and actuates the second handle to move from an insurance position to a firing position. Therefore, only the movement of the second handle can fire the stapler. No matter whether the stapler is ready to be fired or not, the first handle can be pressed by the doctor, while the stapler cannot be fired when the stapler is not ready to be fired.

A handle assembly and a surgical stapler including the handle assembly is provided, including a first handle and a second handle, both can rotate around a first pivot pin. Either the first or the second handle is provided with a slider and a sliding slot. When the slider moves from a first section of the sliding slot to a second section, the two handles become linked. The first handle can still be squeezed even if the stapler has not reached the firing position, but the second handle will not rotate and the stapler will not be fired; featured by the design of two torsion springs and two pivot pins, the first and the second handle are pivotally attached and can be rotated around the same rotation center that remains unchanged in both the insurance position and the firing position, rendering an enhanced stapler structure stability and improved operator experience.

A handle assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The handle assembly includes: a first handle component and a second handle, a first end of which is rotatably connected with the first handle component. The handle can be divided into a first handle component and a second handle, and a linkage state of the first handle component and the second handle can be controlled by a moving position of a slider which can be returned by action of a compression spring after the slider is free from a force exerted by the indicator, and a position of the compression spring is defined by a first limiting structure of the slider and a second limiting structure of the first handle component.

A handle assembly and a surgical stapler including the handle assembly is provided, wherein the handle assembly includes a first handle and a second handle. A first limit portion and a second limit portion are provided on one end of the first handle and one end of the second handle, respectively. The first limit portion is on a proximal end side of the second limit portion. As the first handle is at its initial position, the first limit portion abuts the second limit portion to prevent the first handle from rotation in a second direction. In an invalid state, the first handle can still be squeezed; meanwhile, the first and the second limit portions limit the initial angular position of the first handle and the initial position of the second handle. The present invention discloses a tissue closure device, a tissue closure assembly and a medical instrument. The tissue closure device comprises a base, a pressure plate cooperating with the base, and a staple pushing sheet. The pressure plate is rotatable relatively to the base. The tissue closure device further comprises a staple accommodating portion which is arranged at the distal end of the base and configured to accommodate a closure staple. The staple pushing sheet and the staple accommodating portion are configured to cooperatively drive the closure staple in the staple accommodating portion to deform. In the present invention, a bundled pouch with a gathered center is formed through the tissue closure device, so that risks of stoma fistula arising from subsequent anastomosis through a circular stapler are reduced; and the surgery cost is reduced.
