A method for evaluating a surface cleanliness oriented toward additive forging of a metal substrate employs weight coefficients corresponding to oil contaminants, particles and chips. Contamination scores of different contaminants are determined separately by different methods, and a surface cleanliness thereof is characterized in a quantitative manner by calculating the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of each contaminant. Further, an accurate and systematic method for evaluating a surface cleanliness employs weight coefficient of each contaminant determined based on a degree of adverse influence of the contaminant on the interface bonding of a substrate. Different detection methods are used for different contaminants. The contamination score of each contaminant is determined by the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of the corresponding contaminant, the comparison relationship is thus established, a cleanliness level is finally determined.

Method for evaluating substrate surface cleanliness oriented to additive forging

A double-sided polishing method for an optical lens belongs to the technical field of ultra-precision machining. In the double-sided polishing method, upper and lower surfaces of the lens are polished simultaneously by arranging abrasive tools on upper and lower positions of the lens, making the abrasive tools close to the upper and lower surfaces of the lens to swing back and forth in the polishing process, producing relative motion and removing the surface materials. In the present invention, in order to eliminate a problem of removal ununiformity, a method for swing machining of abrasive tools and methods for turning over and polishing of workpieces are adopted in a polishing process, which can realize the high efficiency double-sided high-precision machining for a nonplanar lens, and the method can be applied to the double-sided polishing for different types of lenses.

A freezing support device and method for a large thin-walled part, which belongs to the technical field of machining support. The present invention realizes freezing support for a large thin-walled part by a freezing system and an auxiliary system, wherein the freezing system comprises a heating source, a freezing source, flexible films, support plates, etc., and the auxiliary system comprises a rotating device, a moving plate and guide rails. The present invention utilizes ice with a certain thickness formed on a support side of a machining area and supports a workpiece through the ice, and the ice is always used as a support along with the progress of machining to have an effect of follow-up support. The present invention simplifies a support structure, and has the advantages of low cost, no contamination to a machine tool, and convenient use; plays a function of clamping the workpiece.

Freezing support device and method for large thin-walled part

A supporting device and method for a large thin-walled part is disclosed. The supporting device comprises a processing device and a supporting device. A workpiece is positioned between the processing device and the supporting device and is clamped at a periphery in a flexible clamping mode. A cutter in the processing device is connected with an iron core. A coil is wound on the iron core. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated around the coil. A blade part of the cutter is in contact with a processing side of the workpiece. The supporting method combines the magnetorheological fluid technology with the jet supporting technology, and uses a jet impact force to offset part of a milling force. The current magnitude and winding mode of the coil are changed to control magnetic field intensity. The magnetorheological fluid is cured instantly to support the workpiece.

Supporting device and method for large thin-walled part

An automatic removal method of a shrimp line completes the automatic removal of the shrimp line based on a recognition system, a control system, a feed system, a detection device, a loading device and an auxiliary device. Firstly, by adopting a method of photographic contrast, in a moving process of a shrimp to be treated on a device, a photographing mechanism can take candid photographs according to a preset feature picture, and then controls the track of a tool to remove a shrimp line to complete the purpose of automatically removing the shrimp line. The method has small manual operation, high automation, safe operation, high integration degree of the device, portability, and good removal efficiency of the shrimp line, and is suitable for family meals and table food in restaurants.

A measurement method for micro topography and roughness of internal surface of gap belongs to the technical field of precision measurement and is realized based on a measurement system which comprises a PC, a controller, a flexible mechanism and a measurement thin film. The measurement thin film has a copy function and is bonded to the flexible mechanism. The PC is connected with the flexible mechanism through the controller to control the flexible mechanism to expand or contract. The measurement method can effectively solve the measurement problem of the micro topography and surface roughness of the internal surface of the gap with a narrow inlet size. The method is simple and easy to operate, and the device is easy to carry, low in cost and high in measurement accuracy.
