An inductor magnetic core and an inductor using the same are disclosed. The inductor magnetic core includes a middle column, an upper yoke, a lower yoke, and at least two high magnetically-permeable side columns. The middle column is disposed between a middle part of the upper yoke and a middle part of the lower yoke, a coil is wound the middle column, and a saturation magnetic flux density of the middle column is higher than that of the upper yoke and the lower yoke. The at least two high magnetically-permeable side columns are disposed in interval between the upper yoke and the lower yoke, and two ends of each high magnetically-permeable side column are connected to outer edges of the upper yoke and the lower yoke, respectively. The inductor magnetic core and the inductor of the present invention improves utilization of the yoke, and also provide compact structure and simple production.

Inductor magnetic core and inductor using the same

The present application discloses a three-phase reactor, including: an upper yoke and a lower yoke, the upper yoke and the lower yoke containing a first material; and at least three first core columns, the first core columns containing a second material, and the both ends of each of the first core columns being connected with the upper yoke and the lower yoke, respectively, wherein, the relative permeability of the first material is greater than that of the second material, and at least one air gap is positioned in each of the first core columns. In the three-phase reactor proposed by the present disclosure, the yokes are made of a material different from that of the core columns, and air gaps are positioned in the core columns, so that the eddy current losses may be reduced significantly and the requirement for the use of high power may be satisfied.

Three-phase reactor

A transformer includes a magnetic core, a primary winding, and a plurality of secondary windings. The magnetic core has an axial and a radial direction. The primary winding includes a plurality of winding sections and at least one connecting section. The winding sections are arranged along the axial direction. The connecting section is connected between the two adjacent winding sections. Each of the winding sections includes a plurality of primary winding layers and pull-out portions. The primary winding layers surround the magnetic core and are arranged along the radial direction. One pull-out portion connects two primary winding layers adjacent to the pull-out portion. Part of normal projections of the primary winding layers on a surface of the magnetic core are located between normal projections of the pull-out portions on the surface of the magnetic core. The secondary windings surround the primary winding.

Transformer

A composite magnetic core assembly includes an inner magnetic core and an outer magnetic core. The inner magnetic core is made of a high saturation flux density and low permeability material. The outer magnetic core is made of a low saturation flux density and high permeability material. The outer magnetic core includes a ring-shaped wall and a receptacle. The inner magnetic core is accommodated within the receptacle.

Composite magnetic core assembly, magnetic element and fabricating method thereof

A magnetic device includes two symmetric magnetic cores, each of which includes a base, a first protruding portion and second protruding portions. The first protruding portion and the second protruding portions are formed on the base separately along two edges of the base. The two symmetric magnetic cores are assembled such that a gap is formed between the first protruding portion of one of the two symmetric magnetic cores and the first protruding portion of the other one of the two symmetric magnetic cores. A method for generating inductance is also disclosed herein.
