A system may comprise a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) device including a bore that is configured to accommodate a subject. The MRI device may include multiple superconducting magnets configured to generate a magnetic field in the bore. The MRI device may include one or more superconducting connections each of which is configured to connect at least two of the multiple superconducting magnets. The system may further include a radiation source configured to emit a radiation beam toward the bore. The radiation source may be able to rotate in a plane perpendicular to a direction of the magnetic field in the bore. The MRI device may further include one or more protection components configured to prevent at least a portion of the radiation beam from irradiating the one or more superconducting connections.

Systems and methods for diagnosis and image guided therapy with superconducting magnet shielding and providing heat exchange

The present disclosure relates to a system and a method. The system may include a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) apparatus configured to acquire MRI data with respect to a region of interest (ROI) and a therapeutic apparatus configured to apply therapeutic radiation to at least one portion of the ROI. The MRI apparatus may include a plurality of main magnetic coils arranged coaxially along an axis, a plurality of shielding magnetic coils arranged coaxially along the axis, and a cryostat in which the plurality of main magnetic coils and the plurality of shielding magnetic coils are arranged.

Radiation therapy system and method

A superconducting magnet may include magnet coils including at least one group of outer coils and at least one group of inner coils, a container including an accommodating space, at least one first chamber that is disposed within the accommodating space and houses the at least one group of the inner coils, and at least one second chamber that is disposed within the accommodating space and houses the at least one group of the outer coils. The at least one first chamber and the at least one second chamber may be configured to be filled with a cooling medium and are in fluid communication with each other. The cooling medium may be configured to cool the magnet coils to a superconducting state.

The system may include a second device comprising a body. A magnetic resonance system may include a magnetic resonance magnet and a storage container configured to accommodate the magnetic resonance magnet. The storage container may also contain an endothermic liquid. The first ramping-down device may include an electric energy consumption device configured to consume at least a portion of the released electric energy by the magnetic resonance magnet.

Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a displacer for reducing the consumption of a cryogen used in a superconductive magnet device. The displacer may occupy some space within the cryogen storage cavity or limit the cryogen into a relatively small space surrounding a superconductive coil in the cryogen storage cavity. The displacer may also include a displacer cavity that may be vacuum or contain a cryogen or another substance.

The magnetic field shielding apparatus may be configured to shield the superconducting coil assembly from a stray field of the gradient coil assembly. The magnetic field shielding apparatus may include a conductive shielding component, a shielding cylinder, or a combination thereof.
