A top of the support frame is provided with a top plate and a bearing plate is provided above the top plate. The bearing plate is provided with force transferring rods, lower ends of which are provided with a tensile base. A top of the tensile base is provided with a lower clamp holder and a bottom of the top plate is provided with an upper clamp holder. An upper channel is provided inside the upper clamp holder. The upper channel is provided with an acoustic transmitting probe. A lower channel is provided inside the lower clamp holder. One end of the lower channel is communicated with the outside, the other end is provided with an acoustic receiving probe. The lower channel extends to a bottom of a clamping chamber of the lower clamp holder.

Disclosed is a soft-start circuit for power-up, which includes a reference value generation circuit, a protection threshold generation circuit and a control circuit. The reference value generation circuit outputs a reference value, which increases slowly, during a start-up process for power-up. The protection threshold generation circuit outputs a protection threshold, which increases slowly, during the start-up process for power-up. The control circuit controls an output voltage to increase slowly along with the reference value based on the reference value, during the start-up process for power-up, and to limit an output current based on the protection threshold to limit the output voltage, during the start-up process for power-up. In this way, even if the output current must operate at the peak current, a smoother current output is realized, and operation at the maximum peak current for a long-time during start-up is not allowed.

A shear testing system and method of thermo-seepage-mechanical field and engineering disturbance coupling under deep and complex condition are provided. The shear testing system can be used in conjunction with an axial pressure application device to simplify the structure, save costs, and facilitate a triaxial confining pressure—temperature—axial pressure—torsional shear coupled test on a rock specimen. The shear testing system can achieve the following three purposes. First, the shear testing system can convert an axial pressure into a torsional shear force through a transmission mechanism of a power conversion assembly. Second, the shear testing system can apply an axial pressure to the rock specimen fixed between two specimen fixing heads, through a pressure shaft of an axial pressure mechanism. Third, the shear testing system can apply a triaxial confining pressure and a temperature field to the rock specimen.

The present disclosure discloses a method for calculating a safe drilling fluid density in a fractured formation, including the following steps: S, performing image processing to identify a downhole fracture; S, establishing three-dimensional (3D) geological models based on parameters of the downhole fracture, and establishing a drilling wellbore model based on a size and length of a wellbore; S, assigning the model with material parameters, boundary conditions, and upper and lower bounds of an initial drilling fluid density, and calculating accuracy; S, solving the 3D geological models using a 3-dimension distinct element code (3DEC) and determining stability of a well wall; S, determining upper and lower bounds of a drilling fluid density using dichotomy; S, repeating steps Sto S; and S, after set accuracy conditions are reached, saving and outputting the safe drilling fluid density.

Thus, a parameter calibration with a higher accuracy and flexibility is realized in a cheaper way.

A lateral side of the plate-shaped bracket vertically fixes two guide columns. The acoustic emission amplifier assembly is arranged between the two guide columns and is located above the plate-shaped bracket, and the acoustic emission amplifier assembly is connected to the acoustic emission sensor assembly through a signal line.

The hard-sealing soluble bridge plug provided by the disclosure is applied to the field of fracturing and stimulation operation of an oil and gas well so that the hard-sealing soluble bridge plug is more convenient to store, more stable to seal and more firm to anchor, the setting success rate of the hard-sealing soluble bridge plug is effectively improved to better adapt to down hole environments. Furthermore, due to simple and compact structure, the hard-sealing soluble bridge plug is easy to machine and manufacture, and is effectively reduced in the cost of the soluble bridge plug.

A system for monitoring rock damage in deep engineering environment includes an acoustic emission sensor assembly and an acoustic emission amplifier assembly. The assemblies are mounted on a rock mechanics test system. The acoustic emission sensor clamp includes a coupling screw, as well as a clamp cover, a clamp cylinder, and a coupling panel threadedly connected in sequence. The acoustic emission amplifier assembly includes an acoustic emission amplifier, an upright column having a guide rail, a lifting support plate, and a support plate lifting oil cylinder. Additionally, an evaluation method based on acoustic emission tempo-spatial evolution laws is presented. According to the properties of acoustic emission, fractal characteristics of damage evolution processes of rock test pieces are analyzed and the relationship between stress, energy and fractal dimension in the whole process of tensile deformation damage of the rock test pieces is obtained.
