An embodiment of the present application provides a battery cell, a battery, a power consumption device, and a manufacturing device and method for a battery cell. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode assembly, an end cover assembly and a current collecting member. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the housing, and the electrode assembly includes a tab. The end cover assembly includes an end cover, an electrode terminal and an insulating member, the end cover is used to cover at an opening of the housing, the electrode terminal is mounted to the end cover, and the insulating member is located on one side of the end cover facing the electrode assembly. The current collecting member is used to connect the electrode terminal and the tab. This structure can make more space for the electrode assembly and can effectively increase the capacity of the battery cell.

A connection member and a rechargeable battery are provided. The connection member includes a guide plate, two first connection plates and a second connection plate; the two first connection plates are respectively connected to two sides of the guide plate in a width direction and are arranged bendably with respect to the guide plate; the second connection plate is connected to an upper end of the guide plate in a height direction Z, and the top ends of the two first connection plates are at different heights. In some examples, overcurrent capability of the connection member and rapid charging capability and safety performance of the rechargeable battery can be improved.

The present application relates to an electrode sheet for Li-ion battery and a Li-ion battery including the same. The Li-ion battery includes a current collector and a diaphragm layer coated on the current collector, the current collector includes a coating region and at least one electrode tab region, the coating region is a region of the current collector coated with the diaphragm layer; the coating region is adjoined with the electrode tab region, a stress releasing region is provided at adjoining position of the coating region and at least one electrode tab region. The stress releasing region provided by the present application can reduce stress received by the diaphragm during rolling and stretching processes, which can avoid cracking of electrode tab and electrode sheet, and can improve battery cycling performance and, at the same time, can also be fused in short circuit, thereby improving safety performance of the battery.
