A collaborative scheduling method for high-rise elevators based on Internet of Things is provided. The method includes: obtaining the number of people carried at the current moment of each elevator in the elevator group, the target distance corresponding to the current moment of each elevator, and the number of people waiting at the current moment of each floor; predicting the number of people waiting for the going up and the number of people waiting for the going down at the current moment of each floor based on the monitoring video data of the elevator door every day in the preset historical days, and constructing the corresponding feature vectors of each elevator at the current moment and the corresponding feature vectors of the skyscraper at the current moment, and then obtaining the corresponding state vectors at the current moment, controlling each elevator based on state vector and a reinforcement learning network.

Collaborative scheduling method for high-rise elevators based on internet of things

The present invention relates to the field of elevator braking, in particular to an action state detection method and system for an elevator brake, comprising: acquiring matching pairs of brake linings in the same braking state; constructing normal record data sets based on the matching pairs; grouping the normal record data sets based on braking power corresponding to samples in the normal record data sets to determine a median of elevator running speed corresponding to the samples in each group; dividing the operating state levels of the elevator brake according to the size of the median; constructing a data training set; training a constructed network model to obtain a trained network model; acquiring the operating state levels of an elevator to be detected by the trained network model, evaluating the elevator brake according to the operating state levels, and controlling the elevator.

A hydraulic power pack drives three parallel hydraulic cylinders to work synchronously, thereby implementing the rising and falling of an elevating platform; when the elevating platform reaches a predetermined floor, an upper electric pushrod pushes a pedal assembly out, and then the pedal assembly drives a pedal to rise by means of a pedal elevating system until the pedal is flush with the surface of a loading table of the elevating platform; outward-swinging doors between the elevating platform and a floor open to form pedal guardrails; then sliding doors open and a man can step onto a stair via the pedal assembly. An eccentric loading adjusting means eliminates eccentric loading to achieve balance about the center of gravity, thereby eliminating the eccentric loading of the platform. The elevating platform is simple in structure, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. The elevating platform, placed within a spiral stair, is convenient for movement of crowds and cargo delivery at certain scenarios and is widely applicable. The elevating method is simple to implement and effectively solves the eccentric loading problem caused by reasons such as outstretching of a pedal of a hydraulic elevating platform and uneven distribution of people on the elevating platform, so that the hydraulic elevating platform is more stable and reliable during operation.

The system realizes reliable fall prevention brake function, greatly improves safety performance during high-speed operation of a lift with non-rigid rails, and increases safety performance during high-speed operation of a mine lift.

An elevator anti-fall buffer based on flexible guidance. The anti-fall buffer is used for connecting and fixing an end part of a braking steel rope of an elevator. The anti-fall buffer has an upper support plate and a lower support plate, wherein a pulley set is provided on the upper support plate and the lower support plate, and a hydraulic damping buffer is provided at two sides of the pulley set. The anti-fall buffer uses the energy consumption principle of a hydraulic damping hole, and while protecting the braking steel rope from the force of impact created thereon by the elevator, prevents the force of impact from a spring on the elevator post-braking, improving the safety and reliability of elevator braking, thereby improving safety of an elevator, while also using a pulley set can increase the braking distance of the braking steel rope, thereby lengthening life of the steel rope.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of automatically adjusting a tension of a steel rope that comprises a guide system along which a mining elevator car moves vertically. The apparatus and the method allow the flexible guide rail to be structurally simple, convenient to process, reliable in performance, and easy to install and to maintain. The apparatus and the method allow restriction of vertical orientation and horizontal deflection, and are capable of real-time detection and automatic adjustment of the tension in the flexible guide rail of the elevator.

Apparatus and method for automatically adjusting the tension of a flexible guide rail

A mining elevator traction cable connecting apparatus and a measuring method therefor, for use in a mining elevator serving a deep-mine. The apparatus includes an industrial personal computer (IPC), a signal collector connected to the IPC, multiple symmetrically arranged cable rings for use in connecting to one end of a traction cable, and a traction cable tension adjusting apparatus connected to the multiple of cable rings. Arranged within the traction cable tension adjusting apparatus are a plurality of hydraulic cylinders, and a plurality of draw wire displacement sensors for use in monitoring the relative displacement between each hydraulic cylinder plunger and a corresponding hydraulic cylinder body. The draw wire displacement sensors and an oil pressure sensor connected to a hydraulic pipeline are connected to the IPC via the signal collector, forming a traction cable tension and degree of adjustment measuring system.
