An electric bed frame, comprising a main frame which has a pair of longitudinal rail members and a pair of transverse rail members, each longitudinal rail member has a guide slot; a secondary frame comprising at least four rotatable rollers adapted to be inserted in the guide slots of the main frame and run a movement with respect to the main frame in the guide slots; and wherein the longitudinal rail members of said main frame are connected with the adjacent transverse rail members via main frame riveted plates. The bed frame of the invention is easy for assembly. In this way, when the parts plant is far away from the assembly plant, each part of the bed frame can be transported in the form of parts and get assembled after reaches the assembly plant, so as to save transportation cost, meanwhile, the strength of the bed frame assembled in this way is equivalent to that of a welded bed frame.

Electric bed frame

A reciprocating ejector mechanism for an electric bed comprising an aperture formed on a bed board. An ejector mechanism is mounted in the aperture. The ejector mechanism includes an ejected part, which is arranged parallel to the bed board. At least one first connecting rod with one end is connected with the ejected part and another end is hinged with a slider. The slider may slide along the guide bar fixed on the bed board. A second connecting rod with one end can be hinged with the middle part of the first connecting rod and another end hinged with the bed board. The ejector mechanism may have a driving device fixed on the bed board and connected with the linkage to drive the first connecting rod to rotate, so that the ejected part is driven to move parallel to the bed board.

Ejector mechanism for electric bed

An electric bed has a bed frame, multiple boards, and a motor structure. The bed frame comprises a lower bed frame and an upper bed frame, and the upper bed frame and the lower bed frame are connected by a connecting structure. The multiple boards are hinged, and at least one board is fixed onto the upper bed frame. The motor structure comprises a connecting rod, a slide bar, and a horizontal pushing motor system. The connecting rod has one end hinged with the first board of the multiple boards. The slide bar extends in the width direction of the bed frame and is arranged in a sliding chute in the length direction of the bed frame, so that it can slide along the length direction of the bed frame.

Electric bed

An electric bed with a sliding block linkage has a head board, an inner frame, an outer frame, and a head supporting part. Two ends of the head supporting part are in rotatable connection with the head board and the outer frame. The inner frame is in sliding connection with the outer frame. The head board is in rotatable connection with the inner frame. A sliding block linkage has a driving device used for driving the inner frame to move relative to the outer frame. Relative sliding in a horizontal direction controls a horizontal movement distance of the head board. Optionally, the inner frame is positioned on the outer frame and movably connected with it by a sliding chute. The inner frame is driven by a motor to horizontally move relative to the outer frame.
