The present invention provides a filter antenna including a first resonant cavity and a second resonant cavity which are stacked from top to bottom and in coupling communication with each other, an antenna unit provided on a side of the first resonant cavity facing away from the second resonant cavity, and a feed structure provided in the second resonant cavity. The present invention integrates a filter with an antenna to ensure the performance of the filter antenna by using a SIW cavity filter, thereby effectively suppressing interference from out-of-band spurious signals. In addition, the stacking structure of the antenna and the filter effectively reduces a volume to achieve miniaturization, and the antenna structure is optimized in a compact environment.

Filter antenna

The present disclosure provides a millimeter wave LTCC filter including system ground layers and metalized vias; two first perturbation metallized vias provided in a first substrate integrated waveguide unit and two second perturbation metallized vias provided in a second substrate integrated waveguide unit; the two first perturbation metallized vias are symmetrically provided on a first diagonal of the first closed resonant cavity with respect to a geometric center of the first closed resonant cavity; the two second perturbation metallized vias are symmetrically provided on a second diagonal of the second closed resonant cavity with respect to a geometric center of the second closed resonant cavity, and the first diagonal and the second diagonal are orthogonal to each other; a first port and a second port. Compared with the related art, the millimeter wave LTCC filter of the present disclosure is small in volume, large in bandwidth, and low in loss.

Millimeter wave LTCC filter

A millimeter wave LTCC filter includes system ground layers, metallized vias, first and second probes, two adjacent ones of the system ground layers define one closed resonant cavity, each closed resonant cavity is provided with a plurality of metallized vias, and the metallized vias of different closed resonant cavities face right to each other, to form concentric hole structures; an aperture of each first metallized via is equal to an aperture of each fourth metallized via, and is smaller than an aperture of each second metallized via that is equal to an aperture of each third metallized via; one end of the first probe is inserted into the first closed resonant cavity and electrically connected with the first system ground layer, and the second probe is coaxially arranged with the first probe, and is inserted into the fourth closed resonant cavity and electrically connected with the second system ground layer.

The present disclosure provides a filter antenna, including a radiation structure, a filter structure and a feed structure, the radiation structure comprises a plurality of antenna units stacked from top to bottom, the filter structure comprises a plurality of resonant cavities stacked from top to bottom and communicating sequentially in a coupling manner, the filter structure includes an input terminal and an output terminal, the radiation structure and the filter structure are stacked from top to bottom and electrically connected through the output terminal, and the feed structure has one end electrically connected to the input terminal of the filter structure and another end connected to an external power supply. Miniaturization is achieved by the stacking structure, filtering performance of the bandwidth is obtained by using the multi-stage SIW cavities cascaded, and the interference from out-of-band spurious signals in a frequency range of the bandwidth is effectively suppressed.

A filter antenna device is provided, which including a SIW filter structure, a SIW radiation structure cascaded with the SIW filter structure, a feeding port and a first coplanar waveguide that are provided on a side of the first resonant cavity facing away from the back cavity, a second coplanar waveguide provided on a side of the second resonant cavity close to the back cavity, a transmission wire provided in the back cavity and connected to one end of the second coplanar waveguide, and a probe connecting the transmission wire with the metal patch. The SIW filter structure includes a first resonant cavity and a second resonant cavity that are stacked from top to bottom and communicate with each other.

Filter antenna device

The present invention provides a millimeter wave LTCC filter including system ground layers, metallized vias, perturbation grounding posts, first and second probes, two adjacent layers of the system ground layers define one closed resonant cavity, each closed resonant cavity is provided with a plurality of metallized vias, the metallized vias of different closed resonant cavities form concentric hole structures, the perturbation grounding posts include first perturbation grounding posts penetrating a second closed resonant cavity and second perturbation grounding posts penetrating a third closed resonant cavity, the first perturbation grounding posts respectively face right to the second perturbation grounding posts, one end of the first probe is inserted into the first closed resonant cavity and electrically connected with the first system ground layer, and the second probe is arranged symmetrically with the first probe and inserted into the fourth closed resonant cavity and electrically connected with the second system ground layer.

The present invention provides an antenna system and a mobile terminal. The antenna system comprises a metal frame, a main board received in the metal frame, and a first feeding point, a second feeding point, a first grounding point, a second grounding point, a third feeding point, a fourth feeding point, a third grounding point, a fourth grounding point, a first tuning switch, a second tuning switch, a first matching network, a variable capacitor, a third tuning switch, a fourth tuning switch, and a second matching network disposed at the main board. The metal frame is divided into a first radiating portion and a second radiating portion at the bottom and a third radiating portion and a fourth radiating portion at the top.

Antenna system and mobile terminal

The present disclosure provides an antenna assembly, including a metal back cover with a completely closed metal edge frame, and a circuit board provided in the metal back cover, the metal edge frame is provided with a gap along a circumferential direction of the metal edge frame; the circuit board is provided with a matching circuit, a headroom region is provided between the matching circuit and the metal edge frame, the matching circuit includes a grounding point and a feeding point which are electrically connected with the metal edge frame, respectively; the matching circuit and the gap form a three-in-one antenna, which includes GPS antenna, WIFI-2.4G antenna and WIFI-5G antenna, respectively. In the antenna assembly provided by the present disclosure, even the gap is provided on the metal edge frame, the requirements on strength of the metal back cover can also be met, thereby guaranteeing resistance on knocking.

Antenna assembly and mobile terminal

An antenna system with a full metal back cover is provided in the present disclosure. The antenna system includes a metal back cover with a main body, a first sidewall and a second sidewall opposite to each other, a circuit board with a main ground point, a first antenna module and a second antenna module electrically connected to the circuit board. A first gap is formed between the first sidewall and the main body, and a second gap is formed between the second sidewall and the main body; the metal back cover is divided into a first metal portion including the first sidewall and a second metal portion including the second sidewall. The first metal portion includes a top slit penetrating through an edge of the first sidewall, and the second metal portion includes a bottom slit penetrating through an edge of the second sidewall.

Antenna system with full metal back cover

Provided is an LTE full-band cellphone antenna structure, including a ground plate, a circuit board having a feeding point, a feeding terminal matching circuit provided on the circuit board and a metal unit surrounding the circuit board and the ground plate. The metal unit includes a grounding portion electrically connected with the ground plate and a non-grounding portion electrically disconnected with the grounding portion. The feeding point is electrically connected with the non-grounding portion so that the non-grounding portion serves as a middle-high frequency radiator. A gap is provided between the non-grounding portion and the ground plate, and the ground plate is excited in a coupling manner so as to generate a current, such that the ground plate serves as a low frequency radiator. The antenna of the present disclosure covers all LTE frequency bands, which has advantages of less tuning difficulty and less influence by processing accuracy.

LTE full-band cellphone antenna structure

The present disclosure provides an antenna device. The antenna device includes a metal back plate, a metal frame surrounding a periphery of the metal back plate and is connected with the metal back plate, and a radiator configured to receive and radiate electromagnetic waves, the metal back plate and the radiator are spaced so as to from a gap, the gap includes a first gap provided along a short axis direction of the metal back plate and a second gap and a third gap which are bended and extend from two ends of the first gap, respectively, a length of the first gap is smaller than a width of the metal back plate along its short axis. The antenna device of the present disclosure has less influence to antenna performance when being hand-held, and the antenna radiating performance is good.

Antenna device and mobile terminal

An antenna structure includes a metal shell including a grounded middle frame provided with a main body and sides bent and extending from two sides of the main body and a radiating part serving as an antenna radiating body. The radiating part forms an insulation filled gap with the middle frame. Two ends of the radiating part are arranged opposed to each other for forming an insulation filled breaking joint. A circuit board is arranged below the metal shell, and one side of the circuit board adjacent to the radiating part forms a clearance zone between the circuit board and the radiating part. The antenna further includes a feeding point, at least one ground point, and a tuning circuit. The feeding point is close to the breaking joint, and the ground point includes a first ground point and a second ground point.

Mobile phone antenna structure with full spectrum band

An antenna system applicable to a mobile communication device is provided in the present disclosure. The antenna system includes a metal shell with a metal frame and a metal back cover, a printed circuit board (PCB) housed in the metal shell, and an antenna part with a first feed point and a second feed point. A first break point and a second break point are formed at two opposite sides of the metal frame; a first gap and a second gap are respectively formed at two opposite sides of the metal back cover for defining a first clearance area and a second clearance area. The first feed point is located in the first clearance area and contacts a left frame portion of the metal frame; the second feed point is located in the second clearance area and contacts a right frame portion of the metal frame.

Antenna system

An antenna module applicable to a mobile device is provided in the present disclosure. The antenna module includes a metal frame, a circuit board surrounded by the metal frame, and an antenna portion on the circuit board. The circuit board includes a main board and a ground board placed on the main board. The antenna portion includes at least one low frequency (LF) ground point and at least one high frequency (HF) ground point arranged on the ground board, and a feed point arranged on the main board. The at least one LF ground point and the at least one HF ground point contact the metal frame; a first current path length between the feed point and the at least one LF ground point is greater than a second current path length between the feed point and the at least one HF ground point.
