A foldable touch display device is provided, including a display module, a touch sensing film, a plurality of transmission lines, and a first adhesive layer. The display module has an upper surface, a side surface, and a lower surface. The touch sensing film is disposed under the display module and extends and bends along the side surface to the upper surface. The touch sensing film includes a plurality of electrode lines disposed on one side of the touch sensing film. The transmission lines cover the electrode lines located at the upper surface of the display module. The first adhesive layer is disposed on the side of the touch sensing film adjacent to the display module. The foldable touch display device can reduce the radius of curvature in the bending area and reduce the thickness of the foldable touch display device.

The plurality of conductive wire axes are disposed along the second axis and extended to the first peripheral area. Any two of the conductive wire axes are electrically connected to different first sensing electrode axes. The present disclosure provides a touch panel, including at least a plurality of first electrode axes, a plurality of second electrode blocks. Each first electrode axis and corresponding second electrode block are disposed at the same level, staggered and electrically isolated from each other. The present disclosure discloses a bonding structure, wherein a plurality of first bonding pads is located on a first substrate. A second substrate is disposed to partially face first substrate. A plurality of second bonding pads is located on second substrate with one side, and partially overlapped with the first bonding pads with the other side to form a bonding region and a peripheral region located in the periphery of the bonding region. An anisotropic conductive film is disposed between first bonding pads and second bonding pads. The anisotropic conductive film includes a plurality of conductive particles. At least one groove structure is disposed in the periphery region. When the conductive particles of the anisotropic conductive film are moving during the bonding process, the groove structure can accommodate the conductive particles moved hereto. Accordingly, short circuit caused by accumulation of the conductive particles in the bonding process can be avoided.
