This application relates to a positive electrode plate and an electrochemical device. The positive electrode plate comprises a metal current collector, a positive electrode active material layer and a safety coating disposed between the metal current collector and the positive electrode active material layer; the safety coating comprises a polymer matrix, a conductive material and an inorganic filler; the positive electrode active material layer comprises LiNiCoMeO, wherein &#x2212;0.1&#x2264;x&#x2264;0.2, 0.6&#x2264;a&#x3c;1, 0&#x3c;b&#x3c;1, 0&#x3c;(1&#x2212;a&#x2212;b)&#x3c;1, and Me is at least one of Mn, Al, Mg, Zn, Ga, Ba, Fe, Cr, Sn, V, Sc, Ti and Zr; and the metal current collector is a porous aluminum-containing current collector. The positive electrode plate can improve safety and electrical performances of an electrochemical device (such as a capacitor, a primary battery, or a secondary battery).

Positive electrode plate and electrochemical device

The present application relates to a positive electrode plate and an electrochemical device. The positive electrode plate includes a current collector, a positive active material layer, and a binding layer disposed between the current collector and the positive active material layer, the binding layer comprising a polymer material, a conductive material, and an inorganic filler, wherein the polymer material comprises a binding layer matrix and the binding layer matrix is an oil-dispersible polymer material having a solubility in NMP at 130&#xb0; C. for 5 minutes, which is 30% or less of the solubility of PVDF under the same conditions. The positive electrode plate can improve the safety performance of the electrochemical device (for example, a capacitor, a primary battery, a secondary battery, or the like) under abnormal conditions such as nailing penetration.

Positive electrode plate and electrochemical device containing the same

The present invention relates to a battery, comprising a positive electrode plate, a separator and a negative electrode plate, wherein the positive electrode plate comprises a positive electrode current collector and at least two layers of positive active materials on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector in which the underlying positive active material layer in contact with the positive electrode current collector comprises a first positive active material, a first polymer material, and a first conductive material and in which the upper positive active material layer comprises a second positive active material, a second polymer material, and a second conductive material and the first polymer material comprises an oil-dispersible polymer material having a solubility in NMP at 130&#xb0; C. for 5 minutes, which is 30% or less of the solubility of PVDF under the same conditions. The battery exhibits good safety performance and improved electrical performance.
