A high-precision solar resource assessment method based on a downscaling method for complex terrain includes steps as follows. Step (1): an average climatic field is calculated based on monitoring data of sunshine durations, climatic field interpolation results are obtained based on the average climatic field, and a climatic field is created. Step (2): a difference between data of the sunshine durations and the climatic field is calculated, anomaly field interpolation results are obtained based on the difference, and an anomaly field is created. Step (3): the climatic field interpolation results and the anomaly field interpolation results are overlayed. Step (4): bias adjustment is performed on the high-precision sunshine duration interpolation results obtained in the step (3) based on the monitoring data of the sunshine durations to obtain final results. Step (5): daily solar radiation is estimated based on the sunshine durations and extraterrestrial solar radiation.

High-precision solar resource assessment method based on downscaling method for complex terrain

A method and system for evaluating casualty caused by landslide chain disaster induced by heavy rain are provided. The method includes: obtaining historical landslide data, candidate influence factors and personnel traffic distribution data of an observation site; dividing the historical landslide data into a model construction sample group, a model verification sample group, and a model test sample group; obtaining an occurrence probability of landslide chain disaster of each spatial position in the observation site; determining a start-up landslide source region of the landslide chain disaster according to the model verification sample group and the occurrence probability; determining an affected region of the landslide chain disaster according to the start-up landslide source region; determining a personnel number exposed to the landslide chain disaster; and setting an event division threshold, and evaluating the number of casualties according to the event division threshold and the personnel number.

A method for paving a steel bridge deck comprises laying consecutively a 0.6 mm-0.8 mm epoxy waterproofing bond material layer, a 30 mm-40 mm injectable self-flowing asphalt concrete material layer, a 0.4 mm-0.6 mm epoxy asphalt bond material layer, and a 25 mm-40 mm latex cement mortar poured asphalt concrete material layer onto the top of the steel bridge deck to form the steel bridge deck pavement structure.
