Presented are concepts for detecting recurrence of a medical condition in a subject previously treated for the medical condition. One such concept comprises, using natural language processing, extracting information from a data set comprising information relating to the subject prior to and/or during the subject's previous treatment for the medical condition. The extracted information is reformulated into structured data based on a standardized model. A data retrieval request comprising a structured query adhering to a template is obtained and, based on the structured query of the data retrieval request, data is retrieved from the structured data.

Adapter and control method thereof

Disclosed are a voltage switching circuit and a power adapter having the same. The voltage switching circuit comprises a first switching circuit having a first terminal receiving a first voltage from a first converter, and a second switching circuit having a first terminal receiving a second voltage from a second converter. Second terminals of the first and second switching circuits are electrically connected to form a switching terminal for outputting an output voltage. When the output voltage is required to be switched from the first voltage to the second voltage, the first switching circuit is controlled to be turned off and then the second switching circuit is controlled to be turned on, and when a voltage at the first terminal of the second switching circuit is higher than a preset voltage, the second converter is shut down or kept off.

The method may further include copying a plurality of records of the distributed database from the original set of storage servers to the destination set of storage servers. The method may further include switching to a post-migration database access mode, in which database read and update requests are routed to the destination set of storage servers.

An electric drive system includes an energy storage system (ESS), a power conversion system, and an alternating current (AC) traction system. The ESS provides or receives electric power. The ESS includes a first energy storage unit and a second energy storage unit. The power conversion system is electrically coupled to the ESS for converting an input power to an output power. The AC traction system is electrically coupled to the power conversion system for converting the output power of the power conversion system to mechanical torques. The AC traction system includes a first AC drive device and a second AC drive device. A converter includes a transformer, an active clamp circuit, a primary side switch, a secondary side switch, a load detection circuit, a state detection circuit and a control circuit. The active clamp circuit is electrically coupled to the primary winding of the transformer, and includes a clamp switch. The primary side switch is electrically coupled to the primary winding and a primary ground terminal. The secondary side switch is electrically coupled to a secondary winding of the transformer and a load. The control circuit outputs a control signal to turn on or turn off the clamp switch. The control circuit sets a blanking time according to the load state signal, such that the clamp switch is turned on when a drain-source voltage of the primary side switch is at a peak value of a resonance after the blanking time starting from the reference time point.
