A method may include acquiring MR signals by an MR scanner and generating image data in a k-space according to the MR signals. The method may also include classifying the image data into a plurality of phases. Each of the plurality of phases may have a first count of spokes. A spoke may be defined by a trajectory for filling the k-space. The method may also include classifying the plurality of phases of the image data into a plurality of groups and determining reference images based on the plurality of groups. Each of the reference images may correspond to the at least one of the phases of the image data. The method may further include reconstructing an image sequence based on the reference images and the plurality of phases of the image data.

Systems and methods for magnetic resonance image reconstruction

An MRI method and system may be provided. A plurality of sets of k-space data of a region of interest (ROI) of a subject may be obtained. Each of the plurality of sets of k-space data may be collected during one of a plurality of acquisition periods after an MR sequence is applied on the subject. Then, for each of the plurality of sets of k-space data, position information of a reference region during the corresponding acquisition period may be determined based on the set of k-space data. The set of k-space data may be corrected based on the position information of the reference region. Further, a dynamic MR image sequence may be generated based on the plurality sets of corrected k-space data.

Systems and methods for magnetic resonance imaging

A method may include obtaining a plurality of imaging signals collected by applying a wave encoding gradient to a region of interest (ROI) of a subject. The method may also include obtaining a plurality of auxiliary signals associated with the ROI. The method may also include obtaining a point spread function corresponding to the wave encoding gradient. The method may also include determining, based on the plurality of auxiliary signals, temporal information relating to at least one temporal dimension of the ROI. The method may also include determining, based on the plurality of auxiliary signals, the plurality of imaging signals, and the point spread function, spatial information relating to at least one spatial dimension of the ROI. The method may also include generating at least one target image of the ROI based on the temporal information and the spatial information.

The present disclosure may provide imaging methods, systems and storage media. The imaging methods may include: obtaining first imaging data acquired by an imaging device, wherein the first imaging data includes data corresponding to a plurality of cardiac cycles; and performing image reconstruction on data corresponding to the plurality of cardiac cycles in the first imaging data to acquire one or more cardiac cines. Each cardiac cine of the one or more cardiac cines may include cardiac images of a plurality of phases in at least one cardiac cycle.

A method for medical imaging may include obtaining a plurality of successive images of a region of interest (ROI) including at least a portion of an object's heart. The plurality of successive images may be based on imaging data acquired from the ROI by a scanner without electrocardiography (ECG) gating. The method may also include automatically determining, in the plurality of successive images, target images that correspond to at least one of the one or more cardiac cycles of the object's heart.

Systems and methods for simultaneous multi-slice imaging

A system and method for MRI are provided. An initial spatial factor may be based on first MRI signals collected in a first imaging stage of an MRI scan of a subject. Second MRI signals collected during a second imaging stage of the MRI scan after the first imaging stage may be obtained. Temporal factors or/and updated spatial factors may be determined. Each of the temporal factors may be determined based on the second MRI signals collected before the determination of the temporal factor. Each of the updated spatial factors may be determined based on the second MRI signals collected before the determination of the updated spatial factor. Real-time MRI images within the second imaging stage may be generated. Each of the real-time MRI images may be generated based on the latest determined temporal factor and one of the initial spatial factor or the latest determined spatial factor.

An imaging method may include obtaining imaging data associated with a region of interest (ROI) of an object. The imaging data may correspond to a plurality of time-series images of the ROI. The imaging method may also include determining, based on the imaging data, a data set including a spatial basis and one or more temporal bases. The spatial basis may include spatial information of the imaging data. The one or more temporal bases may include temporal information of the imaging data. The imaging method may also include storing, in a storage medium, the spatial basis and the one or more temporal bases.

Imaging systems and methods

The present disclosure may provide imaging method and system. The method may include obtaining a plurality of signals relating to a region of interest (ROI) of an object acquired by applying to the object a plurality of chemical exchange and saturation transfer (CEST) preparations with a plurality of offset frequencies; and generating an image of the ROI based on the plurality of signals. The plurality of CEST preparations may be configured to excite proton exchange of a substance in the ROI. The plurality of CEST preparations may be divided into one or more groups. Each of the one or more groups may include multiple CEST preparations with a same offset frequency among the plurality of offset frequencies. After a last CEST preparation in each of the one or more groups is applied to the object, the substance may reach a saturation degree that exceeds a saturation threshold.

Imaging method and system

A method for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may include obtaining imaging signals related to a region of interest (ROI) of a subject. The method may also include selecting a portion of the imaging signals as auxiliary signals associated with at least one temporal dimension of the ROI. The method may also include generating at least one target image associated with the at least one temporal dimension of the ROI based on the imaging signals and the auxiliary signals.

A system for MRI is provided. The system may obtain a plurality of sets of under-sampled k-space data corresponding to a plurality of frames. Each set of under-sampled k-space data may be acquired simultaneously from a plurality of slice locations of a subject in one of the frames using an MRI scanner. The system may reconstruct a plurality of reference slice images based on the sets of under-sampled k-space data of the plurality of frames. Each of the reference slice images may be representative of one of the slice locations in more than one frame of the frames. The system may further reconstruct a plurality of image series based on the sets of under-sampled k-space data and the reference slice images. Each image series may correspond to one of the slice locations and include a plurality of slice images of the corresponding slice location in the plurality of frames.

System and method for magnetic resonance imaging

The present disclosure provides a system for SMS MRI. During each of a plurality of frames, the system may cause an MRI scanner to apply a plurality of PE steps to each of a plurality of slice locations of a subject to acquire echo signals. A phase modulation magnetic field gradient may be applied during each of at least some of the PE steps in the frame. For each frame, the system may reconstruct an aliasing image representative of the slice locations in the frame based on the corresponding echo signals. The system may also generate a plurality of reference slice images based on the aliasing images. The system may further reconstruct at least one slice image based on the aliasing images and the reference slice images. Each of the slice image may be representative of one of the slice locations in one of the frames.

Systems and methods for simultaneous multi-slice magnetic resonance imaging

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for MR T1 mapping. A method may include obtaining at least three images of a subject acquired within an inversion recovery (IR) process, each image of the at least three images being acquired within a cardiac cycle during a breath-hold of the subject; and determining a T1 map of the subject based on the at least three images acquired within the IR process and a trained model.

Systems and methods for magnetic resonance T1 mapping

The present disclosure provides a system and method for magnetic resonance imaging. The method may include obtaining first k-space data collected from a subject in a non-Cartesian sampling manner. The method may also include generating second k-space data by regridding the first k-space data. The method may further include generating third k-space data by calibrating the second k-space data, wherein a calibrated field of view (FOV) corresponding to the third k-space data is constituted by a central portion of an intermediate FOV corresponding to the second k-space data. The method may still further include reconstructing, using at least one of a compressed sensing algorithm or a parallel imaging algorithm, a magnetic resonance (MR) image of the subject based at least in part on the third k-space data.
