The present disclosure relates to a support ring for a thermal processing chamber. The support ring has a polysilicon coating. The polysilicon coating is formed using a plasma spray deposition process.

Embodiments described herein generally relate to a method and apparatus for fabricating a chamber component for a plasma process chamber. In one embodiment a chamber component used within a plasma processing chamber is provided that includes a metallic base material comprising a roughened non-planar first surface, wherein the roughened non-planar surface has an Ra surface roughness of between 4 micro-inches and 80 micro-inches, a planar silica coating formed over the roughened non-planar surface, wherein the planar silica coating has a surface that has an Ra surface roughness that is less than the Ra surface roughness of the roughened non-planar surface, a thickness between about 0.2 microns and about 10 microns, less than 1% porosity by volume, and contains less than 2Eatoms/centimetersof aluminum.

A memory cell including a two-terminal re-writeable non-volatile memory element having at least two layers of conductive metal oxide (CMO), which, in turn, can include a first layer of CMO including mobile oxygen ions, and a second layer of CMO formed in contact with the first layer of CMO to cooperate with the first layer of CMO to form an ion obstruction barrier. The ion obstruction barrier is configured to inhibit transport or diffusion of a subset of mobile ion to enhance, among other things, memory effects and cycling endurance of memory cells. Some embodiments of an infusion pump system may include an occlusion sensor that can be used to detect when an occlusion exists in the fluid path between the medicine reservoir and the infusion site on the user's skin. Such an occlusion may occur, for example, when the fluid flow line (e.g., a cannula, infusion set tubing, or the like) is kinked. If the medicine dispensation path to the user is occluded, the user may receive no dosage or a lower dosage of the medicine. As such, the occlusion sensor can be used to indicate when the fluid is flowing or not flowing, thereby permitting the infusion pump system to communicate an alarm to the user if an occlusion exists.
