Systems, apparatus and methods are provided for logical-to-physical (L2P) address translation. A method may comprise receiving a request for a first logical data address (LDA), and calculating a first translation data unit (TDU) index for a first TDU. The first TDU may contain a L2P entry for the first LDA. The method may further comprise searching a cache of lookup directory entries of recently accessed TDUs using the first TDU index, determining that there is a cache miss, generating and storing an outstanding request for the lookup directory entry for the first TDU in a miss buffer, retrieving the lookup directory entry for the first TDU from an in-memory lookup directory, determining that the lookup directory entry for the first TDU is not valid, reserve a TDU space for the first TDU in a memory and generating a load request for the first TDU.

Non-volatile storage controller with partial logical-to-physical (L2P) address translation table

A method for etching an organic carbon based layer below a silicon containing hardmask is provided. An etch gas is provided comprising oxygen and a halogen containing component, and a passivation component, wherein a ratio by volume of total flow rate of the etch gas to flow rate of the halogen containing component is between 10,000:1 to 10:1. The etch gas is formed into a plasma, wherein the organic carbon based layer and the silicon contain hardmask are exposed to the plasma and wherein the plasma selectively etches the organic carbon based layer with respect to the silicon containing hardmask.

Method for generating vertical profiles in organic layer etches

An electrically-conductive layer of material having a composition comprising lanthanum and strontium is described. The material is characterized by a microstructure having bimodal porosity. Another concept in this disclosure relates to a solid oxide fuel cell attached to at least one cathode interconnect by a cathode bond layer. The bond layer includes a microstructure having bimodal porosity. A fuel cell stack which incorporates at least one of the cathode bond layers is also described herein, along with related processes for forming the cathode bond layer.

The seal structure includes a first sealing glass composition and a second sealing glass composition joining an ion-conducting first ceramic to an electrically insulating second ceramic. The second sealing glass composition includes greater than or equal to about 40 weight percent silica based on the weight of the second sealing glass composition. A seal structure is provided for an energy storage device. The seal structure includes a sealing glass joining an ion-conducting first ceramic to an electrically insulating second ceramic. The sealing glass has a composition that includes about 48 weight percent silica, about 20 weight percent to about 25 weight percent boria, about 20 weight percent to about 24 weight percent alumina, and about 8 weight percent to about 12 weight percent sodium oxide based on the total weight of the sealing glass composition. A method for making the seal structure is provided. An article comprising the seal structure is also provided.
