An auxiliary tool includes a first stamping plate, a guiding frame, and a magnetic element. The first stamping plate is detachably attached on a first side wall of a container, and has a plurality of positioning grooves indently and spacedly formed on a first outer surface of the first stamping plate. The guiding frame has an engagement rim detachably engaging with one of the positioning grooves, and a supporting platform shaped and sized to correspond to the stamp. The magnetic element is mounted on the guiding frame to provide a magnetic attractive force for magnetically attracting the stamp so that a user is able to impart an impact on the stamp for forming a printed text on a workpiece.

A chair includes a seat support, a leg frame extended underneath the seat support, a back support upwardly extended from the seat support, and a back support guiding arrangement. The back support guiding arrangement includes a guiding wheel rotatably mounted on a rear side of the back support for biasing against an external object so that when the back support of the chair accidentally hits the external object, the guiding wheel is arranged to act as a buffer to minimize damage imparted on the external object.

This invention is directed to a food container comprising a lid and a base. The lid and base form three seals, including a locking seal, to prevent the leakage or spoilage of food during transport or temporary storage. Blades on the lid sealing edge and blades on the base sealing edge strengthen said edges, and further reinforce the seals formed between the lid and base. The lid and base, separately or when assembled, are stably stackable requiring a minimal amount of storage space.

The present invention provides antitumor methods, formulations, and compounds comprising a cryptophycin.

Cryptophycin compound

A cryptophycin compound is provided having the structure: ##STR1## Further provided are methods of producing cryptophycins by total synthesis and methods of using cryptophycins in pharmaceuticals. It is a further object of this invention to use cryptophycins to inhibit the proliferation of mammalian cells. Moreover, methods of using cryptophycins to treat neoplasia is also provided.
