This invention provides a preparation method of solid self-lubricating material with high temperature resistance, including steps described as follows: first, mixing polymer matrix resin and nano lubricating filler to compose a uniform raw material powders; then, placing the raw material powders in the cavity of hot-press die; keeping the temperature for 90-120 min at the first prepressing temperature, controlling the hot-pressing pressure under the third pre-loading pressure, and gradually increasing the temperature to the solid-phase molding temperature of the material; gradually reducing the temperature to the first preloading temperature after the solid-phase molding is completed; next, removing the pressure, finally, obtaining the solid self-lubricating material by naturally cooling to normal temperature and demoulding. This invention adjusts the hot-pressing molding temperature according to the drift value of glass transition temperature, in order to avoid the degradation of tribological properties and mechanical properties caused by uneven plasticization and overheating of composite materials during the compression molding process.

The disclosure provides a method for estimating the nondirectional wave spectrum from the sea echoes of multiple HF radar frequencies. The method includes: dividing the radar detection area into a plurality of fan-shaped units at an equal range interval and angle interval according to the distance resolution and the angular resolution of an HF radar; obtaining the Doppler spectrum from the sea echo of a single radar frequency at a fan-shaped unit by performing the first fast Fourier transform (FFT) in distance dimension, the second FFT in Doppler frequency dimension and the digital beamforming; extracting the positive first-order peak and the negative first-order peak from the aforementioned Doppler spectrum by the peak-searching method; and selecting the stronger first-order peak σ(ω); dividing the second-order spectrum on the stronger first-order peak side into an inner second-order spectrum and an outer second-order spectrum.

The memristor is a non-volatile device using a resistor to store '0' and '1' logic while implementing 'implication logic' through applying a pair of voltages V/V. Various data operations, logic operations, and arithmetic operations may be implemented based on the implication logic. The memristor is a computation and memory fusion device having great potential. A computer processor based on the memristor also becomes the research direction of the next-generation computer processor. The computer processor based on a memristor is designed according to the memory and computation fusion characteristic of the memristor. The processor is different from a traditional computer that must use a special memory and a calculator, and fuses computation and memory. Compared with a traditional computer, the speed, parallelism degree, and power consumption of the computer processor based on the memristor are greatly improved.

A graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite with high electrical conductivity and a preparation method thereof. The method includes: obtaining aluminum coated graphene powder by plating aluminum on a graphene surface, melting aluminum block into aluminum liquid, heating a mold to be lower than an aluminum melting point, alternately pouring the aluminum liquid and the aluminum coated graphene powder into the mold for layered casting to obtain a sandwich structure; extruding the sandwich structure into a rectangular test block and then heating to 500&#x2dc;600&#xb0; C., performing heat preservation for a preset time and performing forging treatment, and performing longitudinal cold deformation under inert gas to obtain the graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite. The method can solve a problem that poor wettability of graphene and aluminum matrix, the graphene is evenly dispersed in the aluminum matrix, which can improve strength of the aluminum matrix and keep its high electrical conductivity.

The optical device comprises: an encapsulation unit, and a ceramic substrate and two independent carrier assemblies arranged in the encapsulation unit. Every carrier assembly comprises a DWDM active chip arranged on the first heat sink, a first heat sink arranged on the independent control element, and an independent control element for adjusting the temperature of the DWDM active chip to adjust an output wavelength of the DWDM active chip. The DWDM active chip and the independent control element are respectively connected to the ceramic substrate. According to the characteristic that the wavelength of the active chip will shift with the temperature, an output laser wavelength of each active chip is independently controlled by means of the independent control element, which achieves higher wavelength stability and can realize optical signal transmission at different rates.

Disclosed is a friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material for a wading kinematic pair and a method of preparing the same. The friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material is prepared from carbon fiber (CF) among inorganic fillers, polyimide (PI) and polyether ether ketone (PEEK). These three materials are wet-mixed, dried and placed in a mold followed by curing by a heat press. The cured product is cooled and demolded to obtain the CF/PI/PEEK friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material for a wading kinematic pair. Tribological properties of the PEEK material are enhanced due to synergistic effect arising from hybrid organic-inorganic filling. The friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material provided in the invention has significantly reduced friction coefficient and wear volume loss under the seawater environment.

The present method can provide precise, flexible and stable control, greatly speed up the switch process, overcome time-delay feature of the great inertia of the SOFC system, and realize fast load switching.
