A heat exchange device and a cooling system are provided. The heat exchange device includes a low-pressure chamber and a high-pressure chamber disposed in the low-pressure chamber. The low-pressure chamber has a first wall for enabling heat exchange and an output portion in communication with the outside to output the low-pressure fluid. The high-pressure chamber has an input portion in communication with the outside to admit the high-pressure fluid and nozzles in communication with the low-pressure chamber. The fluid discharged from the nozzles undergoes a pressure drop and undergoes heat exchange through the first wall. Cooling capability is developed in the heat exchange device and works in the heat exchange device to thereby dispense with a pipeline which must be otherwise provided to link an expansion process and an evaporation process of the fluid and may otherwise cause cooling capability loss, so as to greatly enhance heat exchange capability and cooling efficiency.

A dielectric grating apparatus comprises a substrate; a grating layer, disposed above the substrate; a first interference layer, disposed above the substrate; and a second interference layer, adjacent to the first interference layer, wherein a refractive index of a material of the second interference layer is greater than a refractive index of a material of the first interference layer.

A high-power fiber cladding power stripper comprises a core unit, a cladding layer, a grating structure, and a jacket. The core unit is an optical conductive material. The cladding layer is disposed outside the core unit, wherein a refractive index of the cladding layer is lower than that of the core unit. The grating structure, disposed outside the cladding layer, is for producing diffraction effects. The jacket surrounds and protects the core unit, the cladding layer, and the grating structure. Hence, in a high-power fiber laser system, the cladding power stripper can be utilized for removing residual pump energy before the laser light entering an output collimator.

A high power optical fiber laser combiner includes a plurality of input port fibers; an output port fiber including a cladding and a propagating layer, the cladding being used to clad the propagating layer, and the cladding including a micro-nano structure on a surface thereof for removing a residual power in the cladding; and a bundling portion for bundling the input port fibers, and the input port fibers spliced to the output port fiber. The heat effect accumulation of laser power on the cladding can effectively be reduced by the micro-nano structure of the high power optical fiber laser combiner. The tolerant power and bundling power of the optical fiber laser combiner can be raised to increase the output power of the optical laser.

An optical housing for high power fiber components includes an upper cover, a lower base, and two isolating members. The upper cover includes a light-reflecting portion for containing the optical fiber and receiving and reflecting the light therefrom. The lower base is connected with the upper cover and includes a light-receiving portion which corresponds to the light-reflecting portion in position and surrounds the optical fiber, thereby receives the light from the light-reflecting portion. The isolating members are disposed between the upper cover and the lower base and located on two sides of the optical housing to prevent the leakage of light from the optical fiber.
