A resource allocation method is provided, the method includes: receives a resource scheduling request by a first side unit (RSU) sent from a first vehicle to everything (V2X) communication group which comprises vehicles in a same driving direction; allocating communication resources for the first V2X communication group. A road side unit is also provided. By utilizing embodiments of the present disclosure, rationality of resource allocation can be improved, qualities of vehicle communication links and channels in the communication group is stable and a performance of vehicle networking can be fully realized.

Resource allocation method and road side unit

An embodiment of the disclosure provides a resource partition aggregating method and a device, the method includes acquiring a resource utilization ratio of each resource partition in a first signal unit. When there is a resource utilization ratio of each resource partition of at least two adjacent resource partitions in the first signal unit is less than a first preset threshold, whether a zone index used after aggregating the at least two adjacent resource partitions causes a communication interference with zone indexes used by resource partitions in an adjacent second signal unit is determined. If no communication interference is caused, determining area distribution parameters of the aggregated at least two adjacent resource partitions. A broadcast message carrying the area distribution parameters to a vehicle terminal is sent. By using the embodiment of the present disclosure, a resource utilization ratio can be improved.

Resource partition aggregating method and device

A traffic management system includes a data processing unit which communicates with a road leading unit and a vehicle management unit. The road leading unit comprises a plurality of grooves and isolation railings, the grooves are formed on a road, and the isolation railings are received in the grooves and can be opened to divide the road. The data processing unit can receive vehicle identification information and driving direction information from the vehicle management unit. The data processing unit comprises a data analysis module and a control module. The data analysis module is operable to estimate road condition information and count a total traffic demand index for each road according to the vehicle identification information and the driving direction information. The control module is operable to control the isolation railings to open or retract according to the total traffic demand index.

A portable electronic device includes a main body and a cover rotatably mounted to the main body. The main body includes a central processing unit (CPU), a sensor, a first display, and a second display. The sensor, the first display, and the second display are connected to the CPU. The cover includes a third display connected to the CPU. The CPU detects the position of the cover relative to the main body using the sensor, switches the first display on when the cover is positioned at a first state, and switches the second display and the third display on when the cover is positioned at a second state.

A charging device comprises a rotating unit, an axle unit assembled to the rotating unit and engaging the rotating unit, and two charging units assembled to the axle unit. Each charging unit includes a magnet retainer assembled to the axle unit and engaging the axle unit, a plurality of magnets received in the magnet retainer, and a case rotatably assembled to the axle unit and including a plurality of windings. Rotation of the rotating unit drives the axle unit and the magnet retainers to rotate, the rotating magnet retainers and magnets further rotate relative to the cases due to the inertia of the cases, and the magnets move relative to the windings and generate induction currents in the windings, for charging a battery.

A charger is configured for charging a battery. The battery includes a group of contacting portions. The charger includes a first base, a second base rotatably assembled to the first base, and two latching elements. Each of the latching elements includes a housing defining a cavity and fixed on the first base, a resilient element received in the cavity, a block, and a metal sheet fixed in the cavity. The resilient element elastically resists the block. A latching portion extends from the metal sheet and faces the block; the latching portion and the block sandwiches the group of the contacting portions. A key coding circuit includes N keys, a signal processing unit, a bus, and a ground wire, and each key includes an input end and a ground end electrically connected to the ground wire. A socket connector is configured for receiving a first card and a second card. The socket connector includes a latching seat, a plurality of latching plates, and a shielded case.
