A welding fixture comprises a suction assembly, a drive assembly, and a positioning assembly. The suction assembly comprises a fixing member and a suction member slidably coupled to the fixing member. The drive assembly couples the fixing member to the suction member. The suction assembly comprises a positioning member slidably coupled to the fixing member, a flange protruding from the positioning member, and an elastic member sleeved on the positioning member. The elastic member is configured to bias the flange away from a side of the fixing member. The drive assembly can move the suction member and thereby moving the workpiece towards the positioning member, so that the weldment makes contact with the workpiece via the positioning member.

Welding fixture

A gluing nozzle can include a base defining a receiving cavity, and a tube coupled to the base. The tube can include a straight portion mounted to the base, and a bent portion bent from the straight portion. The tube can define a channel fluidly communicating with the receiving cavity, the straight portion, and the bent portion. The channel can extend through an outlet of the bent portion. A distal end of the bent portion can form an annular surface surrounding the outlet. The annular surface can be substantially parallel to an axis of the straight portion.

Gluing nozzle

A feeding device includes a bottom plate defining a feeding hole, at least one first feeding mechanism, and at least one second feeding mechanism. The first feeding mechanism includes a first driving member mounted on the bottom plate, a first connection member connected to the first driving member, and a plurality of first support members. The first support member is mounted on the first connection member spaced from each other along a longitudinal direction of the first connection member, for supporting the workpieces. The second feeding mechanism has a similar structure to that of the first feeding mechanism. The first connection member and the second connection member are positioned above the bottom plate adjacent to each other. Each second support member is staggeredly positioned above one corresponding first support member.

Feeding device

A workpiece marking device operating automatically includes a support member, a transmission member, a feeding mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a driving mechanism, a positioning tool, and a marking mechanism. The transmission member conveys a workpiece, the feeding mechanism includes a driving assembly coupled to the support member and a lifting member coupled to the driving assembly. The discharging mechanism is positioned on the support member and above the transmission member. The discharging mechanism includes a driving assembly coupled to the support member and a lifting member coupled to the driving assembly of the discharging mechanism to move workpieces away after marking.

Marking device

A size inspection device includes a detecting platform, a positioning assembly, four first detecting assemblies, four second detecting assemblies, a third detecting assembly, and a controller. The detecting platform includes a mounting plate. The positioning assembly is detachably mounted on the mounting plate for holding the workpiece on the detecting platform. The controller is electronically connected to the first detecting assemblies, the second detecting assemblies, and the third detecting assembly. The four first detecting assemblies and the four second detecting assemblies are slidably mounted on the mounting plate and are capable of obtaining a first moving distance and a second moving distance respectively. The third detecting assembly is mounted on the mounting plate and is capable of obtaining a third moving distance. The controller obtains the moving distances and determines whether or not the workpiece is of passing or failing quality.

Size inspection device

A height measuring includes a mounting base, a measuring mechanism, and a controller. The measuring mechanism includes a driving member, a measuring member, and a sensor. The driving member is mounted onto the mounting base. The sensor is positioned on the driving member. The measuring member is movably positioned on the driving member and passes through the sensor. The driving member is configured to drive the measuring member to move until it contacts a workpiece in a jig. The controller is electrically connected to the sensor and prestores a moving distance range. The sensor is configured to sense a moving distance of the measuring member and transmit the moving distance to the controller. The controller is configured to judge whether or not the workpiece reaches a proper height relative to the jig by comparing the moving distance data with the prestored distance range.

Height measuring device for workpieces

A curing machine to cure a UV-curable adhesive adhering on a workpiece, the workpiece having a slot thereon and a hole on a sidewall of the slot. The hole receives the UV-curable adhesive, the curing machine can include a curing mechanism. The curing mechanism can include a base plate holding a curing assembly and the curing assembly can include a holding member, at least one UV lamp being coupled to the holding member. Axis of the at least one UV lamp can intersect with the holding member at an angle of less than 90 degrees. A workpiece being positioned on the base plate, the UV lamp can irradiate directly an inside or an outside of a sidewall through the hole in the sidewall of the slot.

Ultra-violet curing machine

A transferring mechanism includes a first transferring assembly, a second transferring assembly, and a catcher. The first transferring assembly and the second transferring assembly are arranged side by side. A transferring direction of the first transferring assembly is opposite to a transferring direction of the second transferring assembly. The catcher includes a pair of mounting blocks, a guiding member, a sliding member, a telescoping member, and a clamping member. The mounting blocks are positioned on the first transferring assembly and the second transferring assembly. Opposite ends of the guiding member are mounted on the pair of mounting blocks, the guiding member across the first transferring assembly and the second transferring assembly. The sliding member is slidably sleeved on the guiding member. The telescoping member is mounted on the sliding member. The catcher is mounted on the telescoping member for clamping a workpiece on the first transferring assembly.

Transferring mechanism

A transferring device includes a conveyer system, a reloading mechanism, and a jig. The reloading mechanism includes a blocking assembly and a grasping assembly. The blocking assembly includes a holding member mounted on the conveyer system, a stopping member, and a first driving member positioned on the holding member. The stopping member is connected to the first driving member. The grasping assembly includes a fixing member mounted on the conveyer system, a second driving member mounted on the fixing member, a third driving member mounted on the second driving member, and a pair of catches. The catches are positioned at opposite ends of the third driving member. The jig includes a top cover and a bottom cover engaged with the top cover. The jig is transferred on the conveyor system.
