Discloses are a method for preparing fluff pulp from bamboos, and the fluff pulp prepared thereby. The method comprises the following steps: treating the bamboos with high-concentration alkali at a relatively mild temperature, after a certain period of treatment, replacing a treatment liquid for separating hemicellulose with a weak black liquor; Kraft cooking the treated bamboos to obtain unbleached bamboo pulp, removing rejects in the unbleached bamboo pulp by using a slotted screen; then removing miscellaneous cells by using a microporous sieve; carrying out two stages of oxygen delignification on the screened pulp; carrying out ECF bleaching treatment of a DEpDP process; and finally obtaining the bamboo fluff pulp which has high whiteness, low DCM extract content, low ash content and long fiber length, contains 4.2-4.6 million fibers per gram, and has relatively high bulkiness.

Method for preparing fluff pulp from bamboos and fluff pulp prepared thereby

A one-step molded lithium ion battery separator and preparation method and application thereof are provided. The battery separator comprises a support layer and a filler layer. The support layer comprises at least two of superfine main fiber, thermoplastic bonded fiber and first nanofiber, and the filler layer comprises at least one of inorganic fillers and third nanofiber. The lithium ion battery separator has a thickness of 19-31 &#x3bc;m, a maximum pore diameter of no more than 1 &#x3bc;m, and a heat shrinkage rate of less than 3% after treatment at 300&#xb0; C. for 1 hour, and the separator still has a certain strength at a high temperature, ensuring stability and isolation of the rigid structure of the filler layer at a high temperature, satisfying requirements of the separator in terms of heat resistance, pore size and strength, having excellent comprehensive performance.

One-step molded lithium ion battery separator, preparation method and application thereof

A battery separator and a preparation method therefor are provided. The separator includes a lithium ion battery separator substrate and an inorganic coating, the lithium ion battery separator substrate consists of a support layer and a dense layer, and the inorganic coating is coated on the dense layer; the separator has excellent high-temperature resistance, and still has good strength retention and the heat shrinkage rate thereof is no more than 2% after treatment at 300&#xb0; C. for 1 h, and thus ensures the stability and isolation of the rigid structure of the separator coating at high temperatures; the substrate has a uniform and compact double-layer structure, effectively controls phenomena such as pinholes and filler particles fall-off in a subsequent coating process, and meets the requirements of lithium ion battery separators with respect to heat resistance, porosity and strength, thus having excellent comprehensive performance.

Battery separator including inorganic coating disposed on dense layer formed on support layer, and method for preparing the same

A lithium ion battery separator substrate, a preparation method and application thereof are provided. The substrate comprises a support layer and a dense layer, wherein the support layer comprises superfine main fibers, thermoplastic bonded fibers and the nanofibers, and the dense layer comprises nanofibers. The substrate has excellent high-temperature resistance performance, the substrate still has certain strength after being processed at 300&#xb0; C. for 1 h, and the heat shrinkage rate is less than 5.0%; the substrate has a uniform and compact double-layer structure without a pinhole. Therefore, the requirements concerning heat resistance, porosity and strength of the substrate are met.

The diaphragm paper comprises a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer, wherein the second layer is located between the first layer and the third layer; the first layer and the third layer are loose layers, of which the average aperture is larger than 10 &#x3bc;m and the basis weight is 5 to 30 g/m; and the second layer is a compact layer, of which the average aperture is smaller than 5 &#x3bc;m and the basis weight is 2 to 15 g/m. The compact layer has small aperture and good insulating performance, and is capable of effectively insulating a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The loose layers have good liquid permeability and electrolyte absorptivity, and can guarantee the discharge performance of a battery. The material is further advantageous in having good dimensional stability and being thin, so that a battery can achieve high capacity.
