This application provides a subflow establishment method. A local-end device obtains an identifier of an operator currently accessed by a network interface card of the local end device. The local-end device obtains a plurality of IP addresses of a peer-end device and identifiers of operators to which the plurality of IP addresses are homed; and establishes, by matching a plurality of operators corresponding to the local-end device and the plurality of operators corresponding to the peer-end device, a subflow between an IP address pair homed to a same operator. In this way, the established subflow does not cross operators as far as possible. This reduces negative impact of cross-operator communication of some subflows on transmission performance of a multipath connection, thereby better leveraging an advantage of the multipath connection in transmission performance in comparison with a single-path connection.

A computer device obtains at least one initial quantization parameter used to encode at least one initial coding unit for generating an initial compressed video, and determines, according to the at least one initial quantization parameter, a current reference quantization parameter corresponding to a current coding unit in a current video frame that is generated by decoding the initial compressed video. The computer device determines an estimated quantization parameter for encoding the current coding unit, determines a first difference between the current reference quantization parameter and the estimated quantization parameter, and sets a target quantization parameter to be equal to or greater than the estimated quantization parameter according to the first difference. The computer device encodes the current coding unit according to the target quantization parameter.

The panel includes a sub-pixel array formed by R, G, B sub-pixels, and black matrix areas located between the sub-pixels. The method includes providing, above the sub-pixel array, an optical grating that is parallel with the sub-pixel array. The optical grating includes transparent areas and non-transparent areas. The non-transparent areas are provided above the black matrix areas. The optical grating is configured as such that when a sub-pixel is observed at a large viewing angle, light transmitted through the sub-pixel is partially blocked by the non-transparent areas of the optical grating.
