In one embodiment, a method for processing queries initiated by users of mobile devices includes receiving an incoming message containing a query initiated by a user of a mobile device, and extracting the query from the received message. The message further includes obtaining a result of the query and creating an outgoing message with the result of the query for delivery to the mobile device.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for analyzing quality of user-generated content involve identifying interactions between users through an electronic network and assigning a weighting factor to each interaction representing a quality of the interaction. A user credential score is generated for each user based on the weighting factors for each interaction. The user credential scores are stored in association with a user identifier on a computer-readable storage device.

An indexing system in a computer system may include applications, a capture processor, a queue, a search engine, and a display processor. The text message may comply with a short messaging service (SMS) format. The text message may include a request for information. The response may include a graphic of a mobile device around the response text message. In some embodiments, before receiving a request from the web browser, the computer-implemented method includes providing for the web browser a document having the graphic of the mobile device and capable of receiving user requests associated with the graphic.
