A media Parameter-modified method for realizing an adaptive expression of an arbitrary discontinuous surface, comprising the following steps: importing an initial forward model, importing anisotropic parameters; and setting a space step and a time step according to the initial forward model parameters; and then starting a stepped discretization of a free surface of the initial forward model; and using a corrected constitutive relationship to correct a first level parameter of the initial forward model; and bringing the corrected constitutive relationship into a displacement stress equation, and the influence of the free surface can be introduced in the case of the anisotropic media after series of operation. The present disclosure can make an accurate numerical simulation of a wave field near the discontinuous surface, and the accurate numerical simulation will contribute to the extraction and analysis of information from the seismic data.

Media parameter-modified method for realizing an adaptive expression of an arbitrary discontinuous surface

Methods and systems are provided for cooling hot spots on a body coil assembly of an MRI system. In one embodiment, an airflow guide of a body coil assembly of an MRI system comprises a first surface that forms an air passage when the airflow guide is positioned on the body coil assembly, the air passage enclosed by the first surface and a second, outer surface of an RF coil of the body coil assembly, the airflow guide configured to channel cool air generated by a fan to the second, outer surface of the RF coil. The airflow guide may be arranged circumferentially around a portion of the RF coil at one or more ends of the RF coil. The airflow guide may be manufactured as a plurality of airflow guide segments that are glued together.

Systems and methods for body coil air cooling

A preparation method of an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibody (mAb)-induced autoimmune myocarditis model is provided, including: mediating a model with adeno-associated virus 9 (AAV9) to achieve the high expression of PDL1 in a myocardial tissue, and applying an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 mAb to the model with high PDL1 expression in the myocardial tissue for modeling. The present disclosure also provides use of an animal model prepared by the preparation method. The model prepared by the present disclosure truly simulates the pathogenesis and clinical course of autoimmune myocarditis in a patient administered with an anti-PD1/PD-L1 mAb, is close to a pathophysiological status of a clinical patient, has a high modeling rate, and can be dynamically monitored.

A transient-triggered DC voltage-sustained power-rail ESD clamp circuit comprises: a transient-triggered module, a DC voltage-triggered module and a discharge device, wherein the transient-triggered module is connected with the DC voltage-triggered module and the discharge device respectively. When an ESD event is approaching, the ESD protection circuit can be turned on well and quickly, and can effectively avoid the problems of erroneous triggering and latching-up caused by quick power-on and high-frequency noise at the same time.

A false-trigger free power-rail ESD clamp protection circuit includes an ESD impact detection component, a discharge transistor, a discharge transistor turn-on channel, and a discharge transistor shutoff channel. The circuit, in a smaller layout area, has very strong electrostatic charge discharge capability under ESD impact, little power leakage during normal power-up, and relatively strong false-trigger immunity capability for quick power-up.
