A robotic arm device includes a robotic arm including a base, a first arm and a second arm, a wire set adjacent to the first arm and the second arm, and a wire take-up module set in the first arm and including a rail, a sliding block and an elastic member. The sliding block is vertically slidably set on the rail and connected with the wire set and the elastic member. With the configuration of the wire take-up module, the robotic arm device can achieve the effects of improving wiring convenience, reducing wiring interference and saving wiring time.

A connection module includes a shaft member that can be rotated in place and can be lifted up and down, two wires arranged side by side and spirally wound on the shaft member, and an holder block connected with the bottom end of the shaft member and the bottom end of each wire such that the holder block drives the two wires to expand or to contract along the axial direction of the shaft member or to spiral in the axial direction of the shaft member when the holder block is driven by the shaft member. Thus, the connection module of the present invention can simplify the conventional complicated wiring mode, thereby saving operation space and reducing the risk of line breakage.

A harmonic drive featuring helix-facilitated lubrication includes a circular spline, a flexspline, a wave generator, and an agitating member. The flexspline meshes with the circular spline. The wave generator has a bearing installed within the flexspline, an elliptic wheel positioned in the bearing, and a shaft coupling connecting the elliptic wheel. The agitating member is located in a lubricant-holding space between the wave generator and the flexspline, and has a rotatory part and blade parts formed about a rotatory part. The rotatory part of the agitating member is connected to the shaft coupling of the wave generator, so that when the agitating member is driven by the shaft coupling, the helical blade parts agitate lubricant to perform convection, thereby better lubricating the bearing of the wave generator.

A hollow drive gear reduction mechanism includes a hollow wave generator, an annular flexible bearing, a flexible wheel, and a rigid wheel. The annular flexible bearing is disposed in and driven to rotate by an elliptical recess of the wave generator. The flexible wheel includes an inner toothed section and is inserted in the annular flexible bearing and has an outer surface abutted against an inner surface of the inner ring, and the flexible wheel is driven to rotate by the annular flexible bearing. The rigid wheel includes a plurality of outer teeth which are different in number from the inner teeth of the flexible wheel, the rigid wheel is inserted in the flexible wheel, and a part of the outer teeth are meshed with the inner teeth. The respective components are hollow structures, and a lateral aperture is formed on the hollow wave generator.
