A modular structure wall of a high-temperature heating furnace including furnace wall main trusses and a furnace roof truss. Connecting I-beams are fixed on the bottom surface of the furnace roof truss, top clamping structures of hoisting outer screws are hooked with the bottoms of the connecting I-beams, the upper surfaces of ceramic fiber cotton modules are uniformly distributed with upwardly convex hoisting outer screws, and the ceramic fiber cotton modules are installed on the lower surface of the furnace roof truss through the hoisting outer screws. A gap is formed between the ceramic fiber cotton modules and the lower surfaces of the connecting I-beams, a ceramic fiber cotton felt is laid in the gap area between the ceramic fiber cotton modules and the lower surfaces of the connecting I-beams, and a furnace wall inner protective lining is fixedly installed on the lower surfaces of the ceramic fiber cotton modules.

Modular enclosure structure of high temperature heating furnace and installation method

A device cold plasma sterilization includes a housing, a base, a conveying assembly, a plurality of core modules, a transformer, a control cabinet, a distribution box, a shielding door, and a controller. The housing is disposed on the base. The plurality of core modules is disposed in the housing along a moving direction of the conveying assembly and are spaced apart from each other. The plurality of core modules each include a plurality of electrode assemblies spaced from one another by equal distance and arranged in a row. The transformer, the control cabinet, and the distribution box are disposed in a lower part of the base and are connected to the plurality of electrode assemblies. The conveying assembly is disposed in a middle part of the base. The base includes an inlet for entry and an outlet for exit of a package to be sterilized.

Device cold plasma sterilization

Disclosed is a synergistic sterilizing and preserving method for fresh meat with high voltage electric field plasma and nano photocatalysis, which belongs to the technical field of cold sterilization of food package. The method comprises the steps: uniformly mixing a photocatalyst, a coupling agent and coating liquid at a high speed, performing the coupling to obtain modified coating liquid, smearing the coating liquid onto the surface of a plastic packaging film to obtain a packaging material with a photocatalytic bacteriostatic function, packaging fresh meat in an MAP (modified atmosphere packing) manner by adopting the bacteriostatic packaging material, wherein a coating containing the photocatalytic material is disposed at the inner side of a package, placing the packed fresh meat between two electrodes of a plasma generating device, and performing the plasma sterilization under the condition of a high voltage electric field.
