An intelligent impact casing shaping tool in the field of deformation casing shaping and repair is disclosed. It includes a power module, a detection module, and a repair module. The power module generates power through rotation of a turbine, while the detection module sends pipe wall information to a ground receiving device in real-time. When pipe wall defects are detected, repair operations can be done by increasing the flow rate of the drilling fluid. As the flow rate increases, a clutch unit in the repair module engages with a power disk by centrifugal force of a centrifugal block, transmitting power to a cam seat. When the cam seat rotates, the cam engages with a roller, lifting an impact hammer. As the roller descends, an impact spring releases energy, and a repair push block strikes the deformed area, repairing the deformed casing.

Intelligent impact casing reshaping tool

An electronically controlled full rotary clutch controller includes a drive assembly, an executive assembly and an auxiliary assembly. The device can have two working states: directional drilling and compound drilling. When compound drilling, drilling parameter information is obtained through the main control board, and the data is fed back to a ground processing system, which transmits a control signal to the main control board. The main control board controls a rotating motor, and pushes a screw sleeve and a push block shaft on a ball screw. The push block shaft pushes a push block radially, and a mandrel shell transmits torque to a roller shell through the push block. The roller shell and the mandrel shell rotate together to realize compound drilling. When directional drilling, the main control board reverses the rotary motor, the push block shaft pulls the push block radially, and the roller shell does not rotate.

Intelligent directional device for full rotation of drill string

The disclosure concerns oil drilling technology, and specifically an all-metal intelligent control motor (AMIM). The AMIM comprises an electric control module, a power module and a transmission module. The electric control module determines the axial position of the connecting rod valve through an electromagnet and controls the connection between the connecting rod valve and the piston through an electric motor. The hydraulic pressure of drilling fluid and the spring reaction force in the power module push a double worm to move axially and circumferentially under the action of internal teeth on the inner surface of shell. A one-way bearing ensures that the power module only transmits unidirectional motion. The transmission module axially limits the power module through TC bearings and transmits circumferential motion, drilling pressure and torque to the lower drilling tool. The AMIM is suitable for all kinds of deep well exploration, with a stronger drilling force, a lower cost and a higher applicability.

A high-frequency composite impactor including a high-frequency axial and a torsional impact assembly is disclosed. The high-frequency axial impact assembly includes an upper self-excited oscillation cavity, a lower self-excited oscillation cavity, an adjustment block and a lock nut. The torsional impact assembly includes an upper end cover, a reversing switch, a pendulum, a lower shell, a lower end cover, a nozzle, a connecting block and a retaining ring. The high-frequency axial impact assembly converts the flowing drilling fluid into a pulsed jet to achieve a high-frequency axial impact. The torsional impact assembly enables a torsional impact through a shunt, and finally enables a high-frequency composite impact, which can effectively reduce the stick-slip of the drill string, jump drilling and other downhole accidents. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall, the impactor can reduce WOB loss, increase the ROP, and improve the drilling efficiency.

An integrated piling tool with continuous drilling and circulation pouring includes a power connector, a circulation device, a drill assembly, a bottom clearing and a pouring mechanism. The circulation device includes a circulating drill barrel and a spiral piece, and it achieves cuttings removal continuously; the two ends of the circulating drill barrel are connected with the power connector and the drill assembly, respectively. The drill assembly includes a drill body, a connecting sleeve B, transmission parts, a drill tool holder and drilling teeth, and the drill assembly accomplish rock breaking and rotary excavation. The clearing mechanism includes a linkage and clearing blades to remove cuttings at bottom hole. The pouring mechanism includes pouring channels and control parts to achieve continuous concrete pouring. The invention provides a new integrated piling tool with continuous drilling and circulation pouring, which improves the efficiency of piling, circulation and pouring.

An oil and gas fracturing tool is disclosed, mainly involving a fracking tool with an electromagnetic intelligent control sliding sleeve including an outer sleeve section, a dart body section and a control section. The outer sleeve section is at the target location to be fractured. The effect of fracturing is mainly achieved by the dart body, which has an activated state and an inactive state. The initial state is inactive, and the front locking tip can be deformed under pressure during displacement. The diameter can change to pass through any sliding sleeve. When the dart body is counted and is about to reach the fracturing position, the front locking tip is blocked from deformation and cannot be reduced in diameter, thus pressurizing to control the fracturing effect. The control part includes a sensor module, a drive module, a main control module and a power supply module.

The disclosure relates to petroleum drilling, specifically a downhole signal receiving and transmitting device. The downhole signal receiving and transmitting device includes a receiving part, a control device, a mechanical assembly and a transmitting mechanism. The receiving part receives a signal transmitted by a lower end instrument, and the control device process the received signal, controls a motor to drive a rotating sleeve, and the mechanical assembly performs work. The mechanical assembly drives a mandrel to rotate a rotor continuously and regularly. When rotating, the flow area of the rotor and a stator changes to produce continuous pulses. The pressure waveform changes are monitored on the ground, and the measurement data are calculated by decoding. The device can obtain engineering parameters and geological parameters in the downhole drilling process in real time, which helps engineers to adjust the drilling trajectory and related parameters, and realize real-time measurement and control while drilling.

Downhole signal receiving and transmitting device

A mechanical automatic vertical drilling tool, with ends that are connected with an upper drilling tool and a bit by a detachable thread, is disclosed. The tool comprises a control device, an actuator and an auxiliary part. The control device detects status of wellbore and controls operations of the actuator when the wellbore leans. The actuator pushes a block out against the well wall to generate a radial force, which pushes against the drill bit to prevent deviation and modify the wellbore trajectory. The auxiliary part transmits the indispensable bit pressure and torque for drilling to assist the control device and the actuator to achieve the function. This disclosure can get automatic deviation correction with only mechanical structures. It is simple and reliable, and unlikely to fail in complicated wells without any manual operation.

Mechanical automatic vertical drilling tool

A mechanical rotary steering drilling tool for steering a drill string includes a test section, a clutch device, a control mechanism, and an execution part. The test section is used as an upper joint in cooperation with the tool. The clutch device is externally connected with a guide body and internally coupled with a mandrel. A groove on a cylindrical surface of a switch control cylinder is matched with a control screw to determine rotation of a fluid channel switch. A pushing block of the execution part extends out against a wellbore wall to push a drill bit for steering drilling after the fluid channel is opened.

Mechanical rotary steering drilling tool

A drilling tool is disclosed. The two ends of the drilling tool are respectively connected with an upper drilling tool and a drill bit. The drilling tool includes an axial striking part, a torsional striking part, and an auxiliary part. Under the combined action of a spring and a high-pressure drilling fluid, the hammer of the axial striking part generates an axial striking force to strike the upper housing; and the pendulum of the torsional striking part generates a torsional striking force to strike the lower housing. The reversing switch and the center tube are plugged together to simultaneously reverse torsion and axial striking forces, respectively. The high-pressure drilling fluid pushes the hammer and the pendulum to generate axial and torsional striking forces, respectively, to effectively increase the ROP and reduce the stick-slip phenomenon. The drilling tool is stable and reliable in a complex and changeable downhole environment.

Multi-function drilling tool

A split roller cone and polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) composite drill bit, including a PDC bit module, a split roller cone bit module, and a drill bit body module. The split roller cone bit module has split structure, and during the operation, the lower roller cone body and the upper roller cone body revolve with the drill bit, and rotate around the axle neck of the palm respectively, thereby achieving the task of scraping and breaking rocks. The tooth scraping efficiencies of the small-end ring gear and the middle ring gear are improved. The split roller cone bit module, the PDC bit module, and the drill bit body module can be mass-produced. The rotation of the gantry is realized by the extension and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder. The platform base is used to set up the gantry and the hydraulic cylinder, bearing the pulling, pressing and twisting loads of drilling experiments.
