A flow electrode capacitive deionization system and a method for recovering phosphorus in phosphogypsum leachate and synchronous performing brine desalination belong to the technical field of wastewater treatment and recycling. The flow electrode capacitive deionization system includes a phosphorus recovery electrodeionization module and a desalination electrodeionization module. A first flow electrode solution reservoir, a phosphorus recovery electrodeionization module cathode flow electrode chamber, and a desalination electrodeionization module anode flow electrode chamber are interconnected in a circulation. A second flow electrode solution reservoir, a phosphorus recovery electrodeionization module anode flow electrode chamber, and a desalination electrodeionization module cathode flow electrode chamber are interconnected in a circulation. Two independent flow electrode solution circulation loops are formed. The phosphogypsum leachate enters the phosphorus recovery electrodeionization module and phosphorus is enriched into a flow electrode solution. A phosphorus-rich solution is reacted with a ferrous solution under an oxygen-free condition to generate vivianite [Fe(PO)·8HO].

The present disclosure discloses a sludge composite conditioner based on iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue as well as a preparation method and use thereof. The sludge composite conditioner comprises iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue and an oxidant used in combination with the iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue, in which the iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue is pyrolysis residue obtained by dewatering iron-containing sludge to obtain an iron-containing sludge cake and then pyrolyzing the iron-containing sludge cake, the iron-containing sludge being obtained from an advanced oxidation technology involving an iron-containing reagent. In the present disclosure, through improvements of the subsequent overall treatment process, the reuse mode and specific reaction condition parameters of the respective subsequent treatment process steps of the iron-containing sludge cake, the problem of sludge cake treatment and disposal at the end of the existing sludge treatment and disposal technology can be effectively solved compared with the prior art, and then the iron-containing sludge cake is utilized to form a composite conditioner for deep dewatering of sludge, which is recycled as a sludge conditioner for sludge treatment, thereby realizing the full utilization of resources.

Sludge composite conditioner based on iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue as well as preparation method and use thereof

The disclosure discloses a method for recycling lead paste in a spent lead-acid battery, comprising: (1) pretreating lead paste in a spent lead-acid battery as a raw material under vacuum; mixing the pretreated lead paste with a chlorination reagent to obtain reactants; and heating the reactants under vacuum to carry out a chlorination volatilization reaction, so that lead element in the pretreated lead paste is combined with chlorine element in the chlorination reagent to form lead chloride, which is then volatilized, and after the reaction is completed, chlorination residue and a crude lead chloride product are obtained by condensation and crystallization after volatilization; (2) purifying the crude lead chloride product obtained in the step (1) under vacuum to obtain a refined lead chloride product. The disclosure improves the overall process flow of the recycling method as well as parameter conditions of the respective steps thereof, and can effectively solve the problem of serious pollution in lead paste recycling in the prior art.

Method for recycling lead paste in spent lead-acid battery

Provided is a sludge drying composite conditioner. The sludge drying composite conditioner comprises a Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent and a matrix construct, the weight ratio between the Fenton's reagent or/and the Fenton-like reagent and the matrix construct is 1:0.05 to 300, and the matrix construct is powder. Further provided is an application method of the sludge drying composite conditioner, which comprises the steps of: adding a Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent in a sludge, performing stirring and mixing, and performing an oxidation reaction; and adding a matrix construct to the sludge added with the Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent and performing stirring and mixing. For the sludge drying composite conditioner, through the coordinated effect of the Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent and the powder matrix construct, the extracellular polymeric substances in the sludge are effectively damaged, the compressibility of organic matter is reduced, and the drying performance of sludge is improved. The application method thereof has a simple working process and easily controllable conditions and reduces the drying time for sludge, thereby achieving large-scale treatment of sludge.
