Provided is a recombinant oncolytic virus composition, comprising a first recombinant oncolytic virus and a second recombinant oncolytic virus. Both the first and second recombinant oncolytic viruses comprise a herpes simplex virus vector and an exogenous gene, the exogenous gene is encoded from one of cytokine, a monoclonal antibody having a tumor preventative and/or treatment function, tumor antigens, prodrug invertase, tumor suppressor polypeptide, antisense RNA or small RNA, wherein the exogenous genes in the first and the second recombinant oncolytic viruses are different. Also provided is an application of the recombinant oncolytic virus composition in preparation of a medicament drug for treating tumors.

Recombinant oncolytic virus composition and use thereof

Provided are a method and a device for forwarding a video-on-demand flow, which may be applied to a network with virtualization of network functions. In an example of the method, for a Virtual Broadband Remote Access Server (vBRAS) Service Orchestrator (vBRASSO) managing at least one vBRAS in a vBRAS resource pool in the network with virtualization of network functions, if a particular vBRAS completes user authentication, the vBRASSO determines a Point Of Presence (POP) switch for forwarding a video-on-demand flow to the user based on the user information from the vBRAS, and notifies the POP switch of a route for forwarding the video-on-demand flow to the user in such a way that the POP switch advertises the route to a core router configured to receive the video-on-demand flow from a video-playing source in the network with virtualization of network functions.

The present disclosure relates to packet forwarding including: determining, according to a forwarding table, an outgoing interface aggregation group corresponding to an incoming interface having received a packet, wherein the forwarding table indicating a relationship between the incoming interface and the outgoing interface aggregation group; selecting, when the outgoing interface aggregation group includes at least one outgoing interface which belongs to the same NUMA node as the incoming interface, a first outgoing interface for sending the packet from the at least one outgoing interface, wherein the NUMA node being non-uniform memory access architecture node; and sending the packet through the first outgoing interface.

The disclosure provides an intelligent method and system for monitoring pig behavior abnormality. The method comprises: acquiring an instantaneous acceleration of a pig; calculating an instantaneous acceleration variation according to the instantaneous acceleration; calculating a sampling characteristic value according to the instantaneous acceleration and the instantaneous acceleration variation; calculating a threshold according to historical data; drawing a box diagram according to the sampling characteristic value and the threshold; judging whether the sampling characteristic value exceeds the threshold according to the box diagram; if not, reacquiring the instantaneous acceleration of the pig and calculate the instantaneous acceleration variation; and if so, sending an alarm signal. An alarm signal is sent out after an abnormal behavior is detected by comparing the sampling characteristic value and the threshold, so that the abnormal behavior of the pig can be found in time, and the feeding safety is improved.

Methods of sending a packet, NUMA nodes and non-transitory machine-readable storage mediums are provided in examples of the present disclosure. In one aspect, a first NUMA node queries a forwarding table based on a destination IP address of a packet to be forwarded to obtain a plurality of egress interfaces corresponding to the destination IP address; obtain, for each of the plurality of egress interfaces, node information of a second NUMA node to which the egress interface belongs, determining that the egress interface is on the first NUMA node when the node information of the second NUMA node is same as node information of the first NUMA node, wherein the second NUMA node is on the network device; and send the packet via an egress interface which belongs to the first NUMA node and is in the plurality of egress interfaces.
