An adjustable tilting packaging box is provided for holding a liquid crystal module. A supporting rack is arranged in the box for carrying the liquid crystal module thereon and is connected to a support element for being mounted on a bottom of the box. The support element includes an adjustment mechanism connected to a side of the supporting rack and includes a support pillar having a lower end selectively positionable on a plurality of levels provided on an end of the pull rod having an opposite end extending outside the box, such that a movement of the pull rod allows different ones of the levels to support the support pillar thereon so as to change a position of the supporting rack to thus change an angular position of the liquid crystal module.

Adjustable tilting packaging box for liquid crystal module

The invention provides an adjustable tilting packaging box for liquid crystal module. The first solution includes: box, support rack for carrying liquid crystal module, supporting rack being connected to box bottom through first support element. First support element includes at least a first adjustment mechanism, connected to side of support rack; wherein, first adjustment mechanism including: a first support pillar, a resilient element and a positioning element. First support pillar is retractably connected to box bottom through resilient element; first support pillar is disposed with resilient buckle matching positioning element to realize multi-level rising and lowering of first support pillar. Through tilt angle of support rack making PCB located at lower end of leaning, the weight of PCB prevents PCB from folding up to cause crease in COF or damage to glass during bumpy transportation. The invention uses another means of angle adjustment mechanism to achieve same objective.

The present invention provides a packaging carton for fragile, apparatus for making cartoon bottom, and method for making the carton bottom. The packaging carton includes a bottom and peripheral wall which jointly define a receiving space far storing fragile glass substrate with the bottom. The bottom has a skeleton configuration and is made from plastic blowing technology. By the forgoing, the present invention can effectively reduce the packaging cost, and which in turn reducing the cost of the product.

Method for making carton bottom

The present disclosure relates to a packing box for liquid crystal glass panel, including: a box body, the side walls of which cooperate with each other to form a placement area used for placing the liquid crystal glass panel; a supporting member; and a mounting groove formed on the inner side of at least one side wall of the box body for receiving the supporting member, wherein a mounting part capable of forming a complementary shape fit with the mounting groove is formed on one end of the supporting member, and a supporting part extending toward the placement area is formed on the other end of the supporting member. The packing box is provided with the supporting member on the inner side of the side wall of the box body, in order to support and position the liquid crystal glass panel through the good structural strength of the supporting member itself. The supporting member cooperates with the side walls of the box body on the two sides thereof to form a holding area, for placing the chip on film of the liquid crystal glass panel. Therefore, the chip on film can be out of contact with the packing box, thus providing better protection for the liquid crystal glass panel.

A support frame is provided for packaging a liquid crystal glass panel. The support frame includes four corner pieces, upper connection bars, and lower connection bars. The upper connection bars are connected to top ends of the corner pieces to form an upper sub-frame. The lower connection bars are connected to bottom ends of the corner pieces to form a bottom bracket, which includes a lower sub-frame corresponding to the upper sub-frame and a carriage rack located inside and connected to the lower sub-frame. The support frame is rigid and may reinforce a tray against deformation caused by stacking or handling trays. The box body includes a frame and a hollow plate arranged inside the frame. The frame includes two opposite first frame members, two opposite second frame members, and four L-shaped connection members connecting between the first frame members and the second frame members. The two first frame members, the two second frame members, and the connection members circumferentially delimit a receiving compartment. The hollow plate is received in the receiving compartment. The brackets are mounted to the two first frame members and the two second frame members. With the frame being formed by jointing the first and second frame members and the connection members, the size is adjustable so as to be fit to packaging of liquid crystal glass panels of different sizes.

The present invention discloses a backplane, a backlight module using the same, and an LCD device, wherein the backplane comprises a main frame which comprises a plurality of brackets, and bridges which are arranged on the brackets and used for fixing PCBs; the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets. In the present invention, because the backplane forms a frame structure through a plurality of brackets and the frame is provided with the bridges used for installing components such as PCBs and the like, both of the brackets and the bridges can be formed by combining universal shaping pieces; the manufacturing cost is lower; a large number of materials are saved. Simultaneously, the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets, so that the positions of hillocks on the bridges can be adjusted when the bridges rotate; and then, the hillocks correspond to the locking points of the corresponding PCBs to satisfy the needs of the PCBs of different dimensions and enhance the universality of the backplane.

The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and first secondary boards movably coupled to two opposite sides of the base board, and first coupling axles connecting between the base board and the first secondary boards. Each first coupling axle includes a first base from which a first extension section extends. The first extension section forms first flexible engagement keys. The base board forms first receiving sections corresponding to the first bases and also forming first track channels corresponding to the first extension sections. Each first track channel forms therein first retention slots corresponding to the first flexible engagement keys. The first bases are movably received in the first receiving slots. The first flexible engagement keys are receivable in the first retention slots to retain the first coupling axles in the base board. The first extension sections have ends fixed in the first secondary boards.

The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and secondary boards movably coupled to the base board with coupling axles arranged therebetween. Each coupling axle includes a base from which an extension section extends. The extension section forms a plurality of flexible engagement keys. The base board forms receiving sections corresponding to the bases and track channels corresponding to the extension sections. Each track channel forms therein a plurality of groups of retention slots corresponding to the flexible engagement keys. The bases are respectively received in the receiving slots and movable in the receiving slots. The engagement keys are receivable in and retained by the retention slots to retain the coupling axles in the base boards. The extension sections have free ends respectively fixed in the secondary boards to movably couple the secondary boards to the base boar.

The present invention discloses an LCD device. The LCD device includes a bezel, a light guide plate on the light source for guiding light, an optical film on the light guide plate for processing the guided light through the light guide plate, an LCD panel directly carried on the optical film, a driving chip, a FPC with metal wires, wherein the driving chip bonds with the FPC and is used for being coupled to the LCD panel via the metal wires of the FPC, and a heat sink attached between the bezel and the FPC and used for dissipating heat generated from the driving chip.

The present invention provides a backboard, a backlight module, and a liquid crystal display device. The backboard is configured by at least two units interconnected together, wherein the backboard includes a bottom and sidewall extending from edge of the bottom, wherein the sidewall is provided with at least a fastener which is implemented by attaching a screw onto the sidewall. The backboard is configured by two interconnected units so as to reduce the manufacturing cost. The backlight module and the liquid crystal display device are also benefited with reduced manufacturing cost. The backboard is provided with fastener implemented by attaching a screw. Accordingly, this arrangement is specially suitable for the situation in which the fasteners can not be integrally formed with the backboard. This arrangement is further beneficial for the assembling of the backlight module.
