A high-efficiency and short-process method for preparing a high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy is disclosed, comprising the following steps: performing horizontal continuous casting to obtain an as-cast primary billet of copper alloy, wherein the alloying elements in the obtained as-cast primary billet being in a supersaturated solid solution state; after peeling the obtained as-cast primary billet, directly performing continuous extrusion, cold working and aging annealing treatment to obtain a copper alloy, and keeping the alloying elements of the billet in a supersaturated solid solution state during the process of continuous extrusion. The method shortens the flow, reduces energy consumption and improves the product forming rate.

High-efficiency and short-process method for preparing a high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy

A stainless steel with high strength and high toughness and processing method thereof are disclosed in the present invention. The stainless steel comprising: C of 0.01%&#x2dc;0.1% weight percentage, N of 0.05%&#x2dc;0.2%, P of no higher than 0.03%, S of no higher than 0.003%, Si of 0.5%&#x2dc;1%, Mn of 1.0%&#x2dc;2.0%, Cr of 15%&#x2dc;17%, Ni of 5% to 7%, and Fe. The stainless steel contains austenite and strain-induced martensite structure, wherein the martensite is of irregular approximately spindle body shape, and the average size of its long axis ranges from 50 to 1000 nm and that of its short axis ranges from 20 to 500 nm, the volume percent of martensite in the stainless steel is 0.1% to 20%.

High strength and high toughness stainless steel and processing method thereof

The present invention discloses a super-strong high-conductivity copper alloy and applications thereof as the contact wire materials of high speed railways allowing a speed of over 400 km per hour. The copper alloy comprises niobium, chromium, zirconium, titanium and remaining copper; the copper alloy exists in the form of long bar or wire, wherein niobium is distributed in the copper matrix in the form of nanofibers and solid solution atoms, chromium is distributed around the niobium fibers and the copper matrix in the form of nano-particles and solid solution atoms, zirconium is distributed around the niobium fibers and in the copper matrix in the form of copper-zirconium compound nano-particles and solid solution atoms; titanium is distributed in the copper matrix in the form of copper-titanium GP zone and solid solution atoms; the total amount of niobium, chromium and zirconium solid solution atoms contained in the copper alloy is less than 0.2%.

The present invention discloses a preparation method of an alkaline anion exchange membrane and a use of the membrane in a fuel cell. The preparation method of the alkaline anion exchange membrane contains: taking polyvinyl alcohol as a substrate, which provides mechanical strength for the membrane; taking a commercialized alkaline resin as an anion exchange resin of chemically reactive groups, performing a cross-linking reaction between polyvinyl alcohol and the alkaline resin by mixing; meanwhile, during the process of forming the alkaline anion exchange membrane, adding an organic salt of transition metal, and doping transition metal ions into the membrane. By taking advantages of catalytic characteristics of the transition metal ions, the fuel leaking from the anode of the cell can perform a catalytic reaction in time in the ion exchange membrane, and thereby improve an ion conductivity of the membrane and efficiently decrease a resistance of the cell. The fuel cell assembled by the anion exchange membrane prepared in the present invention shows an excellent power-generating property.

Preparation method for alkaline anion exchange membrane and use thereof in fuel cell

A high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy and applications of the alloy as a material of a contact line of a high-speed railway allowing a speed higher than 400 kilometers per hour. The copper alloy has the following characteristics: (1) constituents of the copper alloy are in the form of CuXY, X is one or more selected from Ag, Nb and Ta, and Y is one of more selected from Cr, Zr and Si; (2) at a room temperature, the element X in the copper alloy exists in the form of a pure phase and solid solution atoms, the element Y exists in the form of a pure phase and solid solution atoms or a CuY compound and solid solution atoms, the content of the element X existing in the form of the solid solution atoms is lower than 0.5%, and the content of the element Y existing in the form of the solid solution atoms is lower than 0.1%; and (3) the copper alloy exists in the form of long strip rods or lines, the element X in the form of the pure phase is embedded in the copper alloy in the form of fibers disposed in parallel approximately, and the axial direction of the fibers is approximately in parallel with the axial direction of the copper alloy rods or lines; and the element Y existing in the copper alloy in the form of the pure phase or the CuY compound is embedded in the copper alloy in the form of particles. The copper alloy is suitable for being used as a material of a contact line of a high-speed railway allowing a speed higher than 400 kilometers per hour.

A method of processing fully austenitic stainless steels, comprising the following steps: (1) performing a solution treatment on a raw material with a certain chemical composition, and cooling to get samples, the raw material contains: 0&#x2dc;0.2% of C, 0&#x2dc;0.2% of N, not more than 0.03% of P, not more than 0.001% of S, 0.5%&#x2dc;1% of Si, 1.0%&#x2dc;2.0% of Mn, 15%&#x2dc;17% of Cr, 5%&#x2dc;7% of Ni by weight, the remaining is Fe, and the content of C and N should not be zero simultaneously with a total content of both at 0.15%&#x2dc;0.2%; and (2) performing hot-working for deformation of the samples obtained in step (1), to get a fully austenitic stainless steel. The stainless steel prepared by the hot-working deformation of the present invention has a yield strength of 2 to 3 times of that before hot-working deformation and an elongation of 1.05 to 1.2 times of that before hot-working deformation.

A method for manufacturing a permanent-magnet motor rotor includes manufacturing a rotary shaft, a permanent magnet, a front end cover, a rear end cover, and a magnetic yoke unit, where the magnetic yoke unit contains multiple pole shoe parts and one iron core part, where each pole shoe part and the iron core part are connected therebetween via a connecting strip; manufacturing a rotor spacer; all positioning holes of the magnetic yoke unit correspond to the permanent-magnet through hole of the rotor spacer to form a permanent-magnet passage; inserting the permanent magnet into the permanent-magnet passage; inserting tightening bolts; cutting off the mid-section of each connecting strip, overlapping the pole shoe parts to form a rotor pole shoe, overlapping the iron core parts to form a rotor iron core; and arranging respectively the front end cover and the rear end cover on a front end and a rear end.
