A cleaning mechanism of a 3D printer including a cleaning module, a first wiper, a second wiper, and a carrier is provided. The cleaning module has a top plane. The first wiper is arranged corresponding to the cleaning module and protruding beyond the top plane. The second wiper is arranged on the cleaning module and protruding beyond the top plane. The carrier is connected to a rail and suspended above the cleaning module. A modeling nozzle corresponding to the first wiper and a painting pen corresponding to the second wiper are arranged on the carrier and movable. The modeling nozzle and the painting pen are arranged respectively aligned to the first wiper and the second wiper. The modeling nozzle is allowed to move pass the first wiper and bypass the second wiper. The painting pen is allowed to move pass the second wiper and bypass the first wiper.

Cleaning mechanism and cleaning method of 3D printer

A printing head module for a 3-D printing apparatus includes a 3-D print head, an ink-jet print head and a baking module. The 3-D print head includes a melting module and a base-material nozzle to print a plurality of staking layers. The ink-jet print head is connected to the 3-D print head and includes an ink nozzle to dispense ink on each stacking layer. The baking module is disposed between the 3-D print head and the ink-jet print head and includes a fan, a discharge casing and a heating module. The fan includes an air-discharge side facing the base to provide an air flow. The discharge casing is disposed on the air-discharge side. The heating module is disposed between the fan and the discharge casing to heat the air flow and the heated air flow being blown out via the discharge casing for drying the ink layer.

Printing head module

A method of slicing and printing a colour 3D model is disclosed. The method includes following steps: loading a model data corresponding to a colour 3D model; adding a pollution-blocking structure next to the colour 3D model; executing a slicing process to the pollution-blocking structure and the colour 3D model for generating a plurality of pollution-blocking slices and a plurality of model slices and configuring colour of each of the model slices; and, controlling a modeling nozzle () of a multi-colour 3D printer () to print the pollution-blocking slices and the model slices layer by layer and controlling a coloring nozzle () of the multi-colour 3D printer () to color each of the model slices.

Method of slicing and printing colour 3D model

An alignment method adopted by a 3D printer having a 3D nozzle for jetting material and a 2D pen-module for jetting colored ink is disclosed. The 3D printer first controls the 3D nozzle to print an alignment template on a printing platform, wherein the alignment template comprises multiple alignment blocks respectively and separately printed along an axis, and each alignment block respectively deviates from each center-line according to an accumulated offset. Next, the 3D printer controls the 2D pen-module to print an ink matrix on the alignment template, wherein the ink matrix comprises multiple ink blocks respectively and separately printed along the same axis, and each ink block is exactly corresponding to each center-line respectively. The 3D printer uses covering status of each alignment block and each ink block to determine a deviation between the 3D nozzle and the 2D pen-module, so as to perform an alignment action thereupon.

Alignment method for 3D printer

A 3D color printing mechanism includes a sliding track (), a slider (), a painting nozzle () and a modeling nozzle (). The slider () is arranged on the sliding track () and capable of sliding between two ends of the sliding track (). The painting nozzle () is arranged on the slider () and comprises at least one ink jet head (). The modeling nozzle () is connected to the slider () and includes a material squeezer head (). The material squeezer head () is arranged non-collinearly with the ink jet head () at a direction parallel to the sliding track ().

3D color printing mechanism

A 3D printer including a device body () and a scanning module () is provided. A printing plane () is defined on the device body (). The scanning module () is arranged on the device body (), the scanning module () is electrically connected with a control module (), and the control module () is electrically connected with a nozzle assembly () and a pen assembly (). A 3D data is loaded in the control module () and a predetermined painting position is defined in the 3D data. The control module () receives a scan image from the scanning module (); the control module () controls the nozzle assembly () to print a model () according to the 3D data and meanwhile controls the pen assembly () to paint on the model () according to the predetermined painting position and the scan image.

A nozzle head cleaning module including a base housing having a main slope; a main carrier received in the base housing, a sub-carrier received in the main carrier and has a cover protruding upwardly, and an interference structure is provided. A set of one or more horizontal planes is formed on the main slope. A set of one or more main slide pins contacting with the main slope protrudes from the main carrier including a sub-slope, and the main carrier is moved along the main slope. When resting on the main slope, the main slide pin contacts with the main slope by multiple contact points. When resting on the horizontal plane, the main slide pin contacts with the horizontal plane by multiple contact points. The horizontal plane support main slide pin to maintain the cover in a raised position when the main slide pin is located thereon.

Nozzle head cleaning module

A nozzle cleaning module including a base housing, a main carrier, a sub-carrier, a driving assembly and an interference structure is provided. The main carrier is received in the base housing, a wiper protrudes upwardly from the main carrier, and the main carrier has a sub-slope. The sub-carrier is received in the main carrier, a cover protrudes upwardly from the sub-carrier, and at least a portion of the sub-carrier is in contact with the sub-slope. The driving assembly is connected to the main carrier and obliquely lifts the main carrier in relation to the base housing to lift the wiper. The sub-carrier moves along with the main carrier at the same time. The interference structure is arranged corresponding to the sub-carrier to move the sub-carrier along the sub-slope, so the cover can be raised.

A 3D printer includes a machine body, a printing platform, a scanning and driving module, and a scanning and supporting module. The machine body has a bottom plate. The printing platform and the scanning and driving module are disposed on the bottom plate. The printing platform includes a slide track and a movable printing substrate. The scanning and driving module and the slide track are staggeredly disposed such that the scanning and driving module and the slide track do not interfere with the movement of the printing substrate. The scanning and supporting module is detachably combined with the scanning and driving module and is driven by the scanning and driving module.

Detachable scanning and supporting module of 3D printer

In an aligning mechanism of a 3D printer scanning device, a scan driving module includes a base and a motor, and the motor has a driving gear. The scan loading module includes a loading table, a turntable, and an engaging gear connected to the turntable, and the loading table has a notch, and the engaging gear is exposed from the notch. The driving gear of the scan driving module and the engaging gear of the scan loading module have a rounded corner or a positioning portion, so that the driving gear is engaged precisely with the engaging gear.

Aligning mechanism of 3D printer scanning device

A lamp includes a first housing, a second housing, a bulb base and a positioning part. The first housing has a first sidewall and a second sidewall. The first sidewall is perpendicularly connected to the second sidewall and has a first surface and a first assembling tank penetrating through the first surface. The second sidewall has a first cave. The second housing is detachably assembled to the first housing and has a second cave. These two caves form a first opening. The bulb base is embedded into the first opening. The bulb base has a base opening and multiple slots. The slots are disposed on an inner sidewall of the base opening along a circular direction. The positioning part is disposed in the first assembling tank and suitable to move along a normal direction of the first surface. The positioning part has a first push button and a latch hook.

Lamp

A lamp including a first case, a second case, a lamp bottom and a pair of friction units is provided. The second case has a first sidewall and a second sidewall perpendicularly to the first sidewall. The first sidewall has a first positioning portion extending along a normal direction to the first sidewall, and the second case is detachably assembled with the first case to form a case assembly having a first opening. The lamp bottom is embedded into the first opening. The lamp bottom has a second opening and a second positioning portion, wherein the second positioning portion is located on the path of the first positioning portion when the case assembly rotates relative to the lamp bottom. The friction units are disposed at opposing sides of the first opening and contact a portion of the lamp bottom embedded into the first opening.

A lamp including a first housing, a second housing assembled with the first housing to form a housing assembly and a bulb base is provided. The second housing includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall perpendicularly connected to the first sidewall. The first sidewall has a first stop portion extending along a normal direction. The bulb base is inserted into a first opening of the housing assembly to be assembled to the housing assembly. The bulb base has a second opening, multiple catches arranged on an outer sidewall of the second opening in a circumference direction and a second stop portion. The second stop portion disposed on the catches is located on a rotation path of the first stop portion when the bulb base rotates relative to the housing assembly for limiting a rotation angle between the housing assembly and the bulb base.
