An example printing device comprises at least one moving module, which includes a profile assembly and a slider assembly. The profile assembly includes two guiding members that are spaced from each other, and the two guiding members respectively have a first guiding groove and a second guiding groove arranged in a preset direction. The slider assembly includes a slider body and an elastic member, where the slider body is in contact with the groove wall of the first guiding groove and is slidably connected in the preset direction; and the elastic member is fixedly connected with the slider body and is in contact with the groove wall of the second guiding groove and is slidably connected in the preset direction. The elastic member can deform to make the slider body press tightly against the corresponding guiding member, so that the printing device can improve its printing quality.

Printing device

A detection apparatus determines whether a recording layer of an optical disc is at a focal point of an objective lens. The detection apparatus includes an objective lens, a beam splitter, a reflector, a detector, and a servo controller. The reflector and the detector are disposed opposite to each other on two sides of an optical axis of the objective lens, and a normal line of the reflector is perpendicular to the optical axis. The beam splitter is disposed between the reflector and the detector and is located on the optical axis. The servo controller is connected to the detector.

A track light is provided. The track light includes a guide track, a driving power source, and a light source. The guide track may include a track housing and a conductive cable. The track housing may include an accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity may include a connection opening, and the conductive cable may be fixed in the accommodating cavity. The driving power source may include a driving housing, an elastic conductive terminal and an output terminal, the elastic conductive terminal may pop out of the driving housing, and the output terminal may be located at a side of the driving housing and may be electrically connected with the elastic conductive terminal. The light source may include a light emitting component and an input terminal, the light emitting component may be electrically connected with the input terminal.

The present application relates to a battery charging method. The method comprises the steps of: in accordance to the current's adverse effect on battery lifespan, classifying the charging current of a battery into a first type of charging current and a second type of charging current; setting a proportion limit on the first type of charging current and a proportion limit on the second type of charging current; obtaining the historical charging current information of the battery; determining the historical accumulative proportion of the second type of charging current in accordance to the historical charging current information; in accordance to the proportion limits and the historical accumulative proportion, determining the type of battery charging current which is present available. By taking into account different charging currents' adverse effect on battery lifespan, the charging method solves the problem of excessive charging current's adverse effect on battery lifespan.

A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device may include the following steps: preparing a substrate; preparing a first insulating layer on the substrate; preparing an electrode in the first insulating layer; preparing a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer; removing (e.g., using a dry etching process or a wet etching process) a portion of the second insulating layer to form a hole that at least partially exposes the electrode; providing a phase change material layer that may cover the electrode; and removing (e.g., using a sputtering process such as an argon sputtering process), a portion of the phase change material layer positioned inside the hole to form a phase change member that may expose a first portion of (a top side of) the electrode and may directly contact a second portion of (the top side of) the electrode.

The system includes a first antenna, a second antenna, a first radio frequency circuit, a second radio frequency circuit, and a controller. The controller is configured to acquire a transmission frequency band selected by the first radio frequency circuit, and when a frequency in the transmission frequency band selected by the first radio frequency circuit is less than a preset frequency, to control the first radio frequency circuit to connect to the second antenna. The controller is further configured to disconnect a connection between the second radio frequency circuit and the second antenna, or to maintain an open circuit state between the second radio frequency circuit and the second antenna.

Semiconductor memory device and manufacturing method thereof

A device that may be used for a phase change random access memory in a semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The device includes a phase change unit and two sidewall electrodes respectively located on two opposite sidewalls of the phase change unit. The phase change unit includes a three layer structure, in which a phase change material layer is positioned between a top insulating material layer and a bottom insulating material layer. The first sidewall electrode and the second sidewall electrode are in contact with two opposite end faces of the phase change material layer. The contact area between electrode and phase change material is reduced, thereby obtaining a relatively small drive current and meeting a demand that the integrated level of such a device is increasingly enhanced.
