A sound receiving processing method and a sound signal processing apparatus are provided. In the method, multiple input sound signals are received through a microphone array. The input sound signals are combined into a main sound signal based on beamforming. Multiple primary extraction signals belonging to the main sound signal are respectively extracted from the input sound signals. Multiple estimated sound source signals corresponding to the sound sources are separated from the primary extraction signals through blind signal separation. Multiple re-extraction signals belonging to the estimated sound source signals are respectively extracted from the primary extraction signals. A distance of the first source relative to the microphone array is determined according to a power ratio. One of the estimated sound source signals corresponding to the first source is determined according to a distance limit. Therefore, the sound signal from the desired sound source could be obtained.

Sound receiving processing method and sound signal processing apparatus

A pairing method of dual channel and a mobile device are provided. In the method, an available area is defined according to a first position relation between two audio playback devices and a reference target. A second position relation between the mobile device and the available area is determined. A first corresponding relation between the two audio playback devices and audio signals of the left channel and the right channel is determined according to the second position relation. The audio signals of the left channel and the right channel are played by the two audio playback devices respectively according to the first corresponding relation. Accordingly, the existing problem that the dual channel could not be distinguished may be solved.

A computer system and a processing method thereof of sound signal are provided. The computer system includes a platform path controller (PCH), a high-definition audio (HDA) codec, and a digital microphone. The HDA codec is coupled to the PCH. The digital microphone is coupled to the PCH and the HDA codec. The digital microphone is used to generate sound signal. The HDA codec processes the sound signal from the digital microphone. Accordingly, the audio recording with high quality could be provided.

An audio parameter optimizing method and a computing apparatus related to audio parameters are disclosed. In the method, a sound signal is divided into multiple sound frames in a time domain, and a wide dynamic range compression (WDRC) parameter corresponding to the sound signal is determined according to a maximum root mean square (RMS) and an average RMS. Output powers corresponding to input powers between the maximum RMS and the average RMS in the WDRC parameter are increased. Accordingly, a proper parameter could be provided.

Audio parameter optimizing method and computing apparatus related to audio parameters

An audio parameter setting method and an electronic device are provided. In the method, a sound signal played by the speaker device is obtained. A frequency response curve of the sound signal is generated. The frequency response curve of the sound signal is smoothed to obtain a smoothed response curve of the sound signal. A target frequency response curve is determined according to the sound signal. Multiple turning points of the smoothed response curve of the sound signal are detected by using a neural network model. Equalizer parameters are determined according to the multiple turning points of the smoothed response curve and the target frequency response curve.

A speaker module includes a casing, a speaker unit and a first vibration absorber. The speaker unit has a sound cavity. The speaker unit is disposed on a first wall of the casing. The speaker unit includes a diaphragm, a coil and a magnet, and the coil is configured to drive the diaphragm to vibrate relative to the magnet. The first vibration absorber is disposed in the sound cavity, and the first vibration absorber has a first natural frequency. When the ratio of the frequency of the diaphragm to the first natural frequency is greater than 0.781 and less than 1.28, the first vibration absorber is configured to absorb the vibration generated by the diaphragm to the casing.

Speaker module

An audio parameter optimizing method and a computing apparatus related to audio parameters. In the method, sound features of multiple sound signals are obtained. A wide dynamic range compression (WDRC) parameter corresponding to each of the sound signals is determined. Multiple data sets including the sound features and the corresponding WDRC parameters of the sound signals are created. The data sets are used to train a neural network, so as to generate a parameter inference model. The parameter inference model is configured to determine the WDRC parameter of a to-be-evaluated signal. Accordingly, a proper parameter could be provided.

A computer system and an output adjusting method used for an audio output apparatus are provided. In the method, detecting the output power of the audio output apparatus while outputting the audio signal, counting the accumulated time of the audio output apparatus while the output power is greater than the reference power, determining whether the accumulated time meets a corresponding adjusting condition, and adjusting the current maximum output power into the target power gradually within the time range according to the determined result that the accumulated time meets the corresponding adjusting condition. The adjusting condition includes that the accumulated time is greater than or equal to the tolerated hearing time of the corresponding reference power. The target power is less than or equal to the reference power which meets the adjusting condition. The maximum output power is the upper limit of the output power of the audio output apparatus.

Computer system and output adjusting method used for audio output apparatus

An audio signal processing method and a mobile apparatus are provided. In the method, a target direction in multiple sound-reception directions and a target distance corresponding to the target direction is determined according to multiple first audio signals in the sound-reception directions received by an embedded microphone. A target algorithm is selected from multiple blind signal separation (BSS) algorithms according to the target direction and the target distance. The first audio signal received by the embedded microphone at the target direction is set as a secondary signal of the target algorithm, and the second audio signal received by an external microphone is set as a primary signal of the target algorithm. The audio signal of the primary sound source is separated from the primary signal and the secondary signal through the target algorithm. Accordingly, the microphone path merely outputs a single audio signal of the primary sound source.

Audio signal processing method and mobile apparatus

An electronic system includes a fan module, an embedded controller, a reference microphone, a stereo speaker module, a beam-forming control module and an ANC controller. The beam-forming control module controls the orientation of the stereo speaker module, which provides a noise cancellation signal according to a speaker control signal. The reference microphone outputs a wide-band noise signal associated with the operation of the fan module. A virtual microphone module in the active noise cancellation controller outputs a virtual error signal according to a first transfer function between the reference microphone and a physical error microphone at a predetermined fan speed, a second transfer function between the stereo speaker module and the physical error microphone when the fan module is not in operation and the wide-band noise signal. The ANC controller provides the speaker control signal according to a synchronization signal, the wide-band noise signal and the virtual error signal.

Electronic system having heat dissipation and feed-forward active noise control function

An electronic system includes a system air outlet, a heat sink, a fan and an acoustic filter. The acoustic filter is disposed between the system air vent and the heat sink and includes a front duct, a back duct and a single expansion chamber. A sound-receiving opening of the front duct is in airtight connection with the heat sink, and the sound-emitting opening of the back duct is in airtight connection with the system air vent. The single expansion chamber is disposed between the front duct and the back duct, and is located between the sound-emitting opening of the front duct and the sound-receiving opening of the back duct. The cross-sectional area of the single expansion chamber is larger than the cross-sectional area of an air outlet of the fan for generating reflective acoustic waves having a cut-off frequency so as to cancel noise generated by the fan.

In response to receiving the switching operation, a sound-receiving state of a target program is detected. The sound-receiving state of the microphone is switched through an audio effect processing corresponding to the target program according to the detection result of the sound-receiving state, to switch the sound-receiving state of the target program from one of an activated state and a disabled state to the other. The switching operation is used for switching the sound-receiving state of the microphone. The sound-receiving state represents whether to receive sound through the microphone. The sound-receiving state includes the activated state and the disabled state. The target program is a currently running application. The audio effect processing is implemented by an audio engine between an application layer and a driver layer.

Control method of microphone and electronic apparatus

An electronic system includes an air vent, a heat sink, a fan, and an acoustic filter. The acoustic filter is disposed between the air vent and the heat sink and includes a sound-receiving opening, a sound-emitting opening, an expansion chamber, a neck channel, and a resonant chamber. The neck channel includes a first opening and a second opening whose surface is perpendicular to the surface of the sound-receiving opening. The first opening is in communication with the expansion chamber. The resonant chamber is connected to the second opening. Fan noise that enters the resonant chamber via the neck tube is dampened by reflective acoustic waves generated by the resonant chamber.
