A method of manufacturing a light refection film includes: preparing a precursor, the precursor includes white pigments and liquid UV (ultraviolet) curing material. The white pigments are evenly dispersed in the UV curing material, and a weight ratio of the white pigments and the UV curing material ranges from 20:80 to 38:62. Then the following step is providing a first base, and arranging a blocking part on the first base to limit a receiving area of the precursor. The precursor is thereafter dropped into the receiving area of the precursor. A second base is then brought to press the precursor, the precursor is cured by exposure UV to form the light reflection film, finally the first base, the second base, and the blocking part are removed to obtain the light reflection film. The present disclosure also provides a light reflection film obtained by the method.

Light reflection film and method of manufacturing the same

A compound reflective plate includes a metal base and a reflective film. The metal base includes a reflective surface. The reflective film is covering the reflective surface. The reflective film includes colloidal transparent substrate, reflective particles, and diffusion particles. A surface of the reflective film opposite to the metal base is a rough, irregular, and curved surface. A mass ratio of the diffusion particles to the sum of the colloidal transparent substrate and the reflective particles ranges from 0.05 to 0.07. A mass ratio of the reflective particles to the colloidal transparent substrate ranges from 0.25 to 0.54.

An exemplary light reflective film painted on a smooth reflective surface of a base includes a composition. The composition consists of polyester polyols, isocyanate, N-butyl acetate and light reflective powders. A mass of the polyester polyols and isocyanate is 15%-30% of the total mass of the composition, a mass of the N-butyl acetate is 50% of the total mass of the composition, and a mass of the light reflective powders is 20%-35% of the total mass of the composition. A method for manufacturing the light reflective film is also provided.

A mold for fabricating a light guiding plate includes an upper mold, a lower mold and a die core assembly. The upper mold defines a first cooling channel therein. The lower mold defines a cavity thereon. The die core assembly is mounted on the upper mold, and includes a base plate connected to the upper mold and a core plate detachably located at a side of the base plate facing the lower mold. The base plate defines a second cooling channel. The second cooling channel communicates with the first cooling channel respectively to cooling the mold.

A mold includes a bottom die and an upper die. The bottom die defines a bottom cavity and includes a bottom parting surface. The upper die defines an upper cavity and includes an upper parting surface. The bottom cavity and the upper cavity cooperatively form a mold cavity, and at least one of the bottom parting surface and the upper parting surface defines receiving grooves. The mold further includes a block and a spacer. The spacer is received in a specific one of the receiving grooves. The block is detachably fixed in the specific receiving groove and holds the spacer in the specific receiving groove. The block protrudes out of the specific receiving groove.
