A touch control system includes a touch panel composed of a plurality of transmit lines and a plurality of receive lines; a transmitter that transmits at least one transmit signal to corresponding transmit line; a receiver that receives at least one receive signal from corresponding receive line; and a non-tapered continuous wave generator that generates a non-tapered continuous wave signal as a transmit signal for the transmitter.

Touch control system

A touch detection circuit includes a plurality of driving signal generators. The driving signal generators are divided into a plurality of driving signal generator groups, and each of the driving signal generator groups comprises at least one of the driving signal generators. The driving signal generators respectively generate a plurality of driving signals, and a frequency of each of the driving signals in one of the driving signal generator groups is different from a frequency of each of the driving signals in another one of the driving signal generator groups.

Touch detection circuit

A cascade touch control system includes a touch panel composed of a plurality of transmit lines and a plurality of receive lines; and a plurality of drivers controlling corresponding blocks of the touch panel, each block being divided into matrices each including same number of transmit lines and receive lines. Multi-tone touch control is performed on matrices of the blocks. For each matrix of each block, transmit signals are transmitted in each time interval associated with a corresponding receive line, of which one transmit signal has a phase opposite to other transmit signals, and different transmit signals with the opposite phase correspond to different time intervals.

Cascade touch control system

A touch detection circuit includes at least one driving signal generator. The least one driving signal generator receives a first power voltage and a second power voltage as operation powers. Each of the at least one driving signal generator generates at least one driving signal based on the first power voltage and a second power voltage and each of the at least one driving signal swings between a first voltage and a second voltage, wherein the first voltage is a positive voltage and the second voltage is a negative voltage.

A circuit, for a touch panel, comprising N touch signal processing circuits; a backup processing circuit; and a controller, coupled to the N touch signal processing circuits and the backup processing circuit, configured to determine whether one of the N touch signal processing circuits is failed and generate a determining result, and control the N touch signal processing circuits and the backup processing circuit to process N touch signals received from the touch panel to obtain N digital signals according to the determining result.

Signal processing method and related circuit having backup processing circuit

A signal receiver includes a signal receiving line, a signal processing circuit and a compensation circuit. The signal receiving line receives a driving signal through a first capacitor and is coupled to a plurality of display pixel circuits through a second capacitor. The signal processing circuit is coupled to the signal receiving line, receives a received signal on the signal receiving line and generates a touch detection information according to the received signal. The compensation circuit is coupled to the signal receiving line, generates a first compensation current according to driving currents of the display pixel circuits, generates a second compensation current according to sinking currents of the display pixel circuits, and generates a compensation signal according to the first compensation current and the second compensation current.

A touch event processing circuit includes receiving circuits and an average circuit. Each of the receiving circuits includes an operation amplifier, a current processing circuit, and a touch event detection circuit. The operation amplifier receives an input signal from a touch panel, and outputs a first current signal and a second current signal. The current processing circuit processes the first current signal and the second current signal according to a first current average signal and a second current average signal, to generate a processed current signal. The touch event detection circuit detects a touch event according to the processed current signal. The average circuit receives first current signals and second current signals from the receiving circuits; performs an average operation upon the first current signals, to generate the first current average signal; and performs an average operation upon the second current signals, to generate the second current average signal.

Touch event processing circuit

The fingerprint sensing circuit includes a photo detector, a capacitor, a current mirror and a switch circuit. The capacitor has a first terminal electrically connected to the first terminal of the photo detector. The current mirror has an input terminal electrically connected to the first terminal of the photo detector and an output terminal electrically connected to a sensing line. In an exposure period, the switch circuit turns off the current mirror. In a sensing period, the switch circuit turns on the current mirror to generate a current on the sensing line, and the detecting circuit is configured to generate a fingerprint signal according to the current.

Display device and fingerprint sensing circuit

The invention provides a power system for monitoring a working environment of a monitored circuit and adjusting a working voltage of the monitored circuit includes: a power circuit, a voltage-controlled oscillator and a counter. The power circuit is configured to output the working voltage to the monitored circuit through a power supply path. The voltage-controlled oscillator is disposed in or around the monitored circuit and is electrically connected to the power supply path and a ground path to which the monitored circuit is electrically connected, and is configured to output an oscillation frequency in accordance with a signal variation on the power supply path and the ground path. The counter is electrically connected to the voltage-controlled oscillator and is configured to generate a counting number signal in accordance with the oscillation frequency and a synchronizing signal, thereby adjusting the working voltage outputted to the monitored circuit.

Power system and method for monitoring a working environment of a monitored circuit and adjusting a working voltage of the monitored circuit

Circuit for performing a display driving function and a fingerprint and touch detecting function includes a unity gain buffer amplifier, an operational amplifier integrator, an ADC circuit, and a digital processing circuit coupled to the ADC circuit. An input terminal of the operational amplifier integrator is coupled to a touch sensor. When the circuit is operated under a display driving mode, an input terminal of the unity gain buffer amplifier receives a gray level voltage and an output terminal of the unity gain buffer amplifier is coupled to a display panel. When the circuit is operated under a fingerprint detecting mode, the input terminal and the output terminal of the unity gain buffer amplifier are respectively coupled to a fingerprint sensor and the ADC circuit. When the circuit is operated under a touch detecting mode, an output terminal of the operational amplifier integrator is coupled to the ADC circuit.

Circuit for performing display driving function and fingerprint and touch detecting function

A fingerprint recognition driving device includes a plurality of light sensors and a plurality of signal processing circuits. The light sensors respectively generate a plurality of sensing signals. The signal processing circuits respectively coupled to the light sensors, for processing the sensing signals to generate a plurality of processed sensing signals. During each of a plurality of sensing periods, one of the signal processing circuits provides corresponding processed sensing signal with a first polarity, and each of the other signal processing circuits provides corresponding processed sensing signals with a second polarity, and the first polarity is different from the second polarity. The signal processing circuits generates an output signal according to the processed sensing signals.

Fingerprint recognition driving device

A detection circuit adaptable to a fingerprint detection system includes an integrating amplifier coupled to receive a photo-detected voltage from a sensor panel and configured to generate time integral of the photo-detected voltage, thereby resulting in a time-integral signal; and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that converts the time-integral signal into a digital form. A first common-mode voltage of the sensor panel is coupled to the integrating amplifier to prevent noise occurred in the first common-mode voltage from affecting the time-integral signal.

Fingerprint detection system and a detection circuit adaptable thereto

A low power consumption boost circuit for providing high driving voltage of a touch circuit is provided. The low power consumption boost circuit includes a charge pump circuit, two digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and a switch circuit. The charge pump circuit receives a system voltage and correspondingly outputs a positive output voltage twice the system voltage and a negative output voltage with opposite polarity as the system voltage. One of the DACs receives the positive output voltage from the charge pump circuit as supply voltage, and the other DAC receives the negative output voltage from the charge pump circuit as supply voltage. The switch circuit is connected between the DACs and the touch circuit. The DACs are connected between the charge pump circuit and the switch circuit. The DACs are alternately connected to the touch circuit by controlling the switch circuit, thereby driving the touch circuit alternately.
