Disclosed are liquid crystal compounds of cycloalkyl-containing dibenzofuran derivatives, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The compounds are as represented by formula I. In the molecular structures of the compounds of formula I provided by the present invention, liquid crystal compounds of cycloalkyl terminal group-containing dibenzofuran derivatives, compared with those having flexible alkyl chains as terminal groups, exhibit better intersolubility, and thus the use of a compound as represented by formula I provided by the present invention can improve the intersolubility of a liquid crystal compound and extend the application range of a liquid crystal mixture, producing an important application value. 

Liquid crystal compounds of cycloalkyl-containing dibenzofuran derivatives, preparation method therefor and use thereof

The present invention discloses liquid crystal compounds having dibenzopyran derivatives with cycloalkyl groups, and preparation methods and application thereof. The liquid crystal compounds having dibenzopyran derivatives with cycloalkyl terminal groups, shown in formula I, exhibit better miscibility and a very large negative dielectric constant, compared to those having a flexible alkyl chain as a terminal group, therefore the compounds of the present invention, shown in formula I, may improve the miscibility of liquid crystal compounds and broaden the application range of liquid crystal mixtures. In addition, the compounds may also increase the negative dielectric constants of liquid crystal mixtures, having an important application value. 

Liquid crystal compounds containing dibenzopyran derivatives of naphthenic base and application thereof

The present invention is directed to compounds of the following General Formula I. The cyclopropyl-bearing liquid crystal compounds of Formula I of the present invention have a positive or negative dielectric anisotropy (&#x394;&#x2208;), an appropriate optical anisotropy (&#x394;n), an appropriate clearing point (CP), good low-temperature miscibility with other liquid crystals, a low rotary viscosity, and good UV stability and high-temperature thermal stability, and therefore have good use value. The compounds of the present invention can be used for preparing positive and negative liquid crystal compositions and can also be employed in passive and active matrix displays.
