The present invention relates to a novel N-acylurea derivative and the use thereof for the prevention or treatment of cardiovascular disease, and more particularly to a novel N-acylurea derivative, a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cardiovascular disease, which contains the N-acylurea derivative as an active ingredient, and a method of preparing the N-acylurea derivative. The N-acylurea derivative according to the present invention can inhibit platelet aggregation by inhibiting the activity of talin in the intracellular matrix, and thus can be useful for the prevention or treatment of cardiovascular disease.

A chip for analyzing fluid being moved without an outside power source includes: a pre-treatment portion into which fluid of a target-being analyzed substance is injected and mixed with an identification substance; a channel portion in which a specific reaction of the fluid such as an antigen-antibody reaction is conducted; and a washing portion into which the fluid is received. The pre-treatment portion includes: a specimen injection portion into which the fluid is injected; a first buffer portion protruding upwardly with respect to the specimen injection portion connected thereto to have a height greater than that of the specimen injection portion relative to the channel portion, such that the fluid is firstly received in the first buffer portion; and at least one specimen leading guide which destroys surface tension of the fluid flow moving from the specimen injection portion to the first buffer portion.

The present invention relates to a refrigerator. A refrigerator according to the present invention comprises a pair of fixed railsinstalled on both side walls of inner surfaces of a storage space; a pair of movable railscombined with the fixed rails so as to be drawn forward with respect to the fixed rails; a food storage containersupported on the movable railsa linkage mechanism for moving the storage containerupward in a certain range; and a holding means for holding the storage containerat a position where the storage container has moved upward by the linkage mechanism. The linkage mechanism includes first and second linksandboth ends of each of which are pivotably connected to each movable railand to the storage container. According to the refrigerator of the present invention, it is easy to take foods in and out of the storage container of the storage space positioned at a lower position of the refrigerator.

Disclosed is a refrigerator having a dispenser comprising: a dispenser case mounted at one side of a refrigerator door; a cold water faucet and a hot water faucet provided in the dispenser case and from which cold water and hot water are supplied; and a dispenser door for opening and closing the dispenser case. In this construction, a hot water button is prevented from being pressed by a child by mistake and thus a child is prevented from getting burned by hot water from the hot water faucet, thereby enhancing a stability. Also, when a cup or a container becomes hot while or after the user gets hot water from the hot water faucet in the cup or the container, the cup or the container can be placed on the dispenser door thereby to enhance the user's convenience.
