According to a method for monitoring post-translational modifications of protein is provided, a first microbead by binding a protein antibody to a base bead is provided. A second microbead by binding a target protein having a first post-translational modification or a second post-translational modification, which are inversely proportional to each other, to the protein antibody of the first microbead, is provided. A third microbead by binding the second microbead to a first post-translational modification antibody is provided. A fourth microbead by binding the second microbead to a second post-translational modification antibody is provided. Impedances of the third and fourth microbeads are measured. A ratio of a first difference, between the impedances of the third microbead and a reference impedance, to a second difference, between the impedances of the fourth microbead and the reference impedance, is obtained.

Method for monitoring post-translational modification of protein

Provided are a biocompatible pressure sensor which can be implanted into a body to wirelessly measure an internal pressure of the body outside the body, and a method of manufacturing the biocompatible pressure sensor. The biocompatible pressure sensor includes a coil inductor, a capacitor electrically connected with the coil inductor to constitute an LC resonant circuit together with the coil inductor, a flexible membrane disposed while being spaced apart from the coil inductor with an internal space interposed therebetween and surrounded by a housing, and a pressure displacement member fixed to one surface of the flexible membrane facing the coil inductor. The flexible membrane is transformed by external pressure to change a distance between the coil inductor and the pressure displacement member.

Biocompatible pressure sensor and manufacturing method thereof

A method for communication between inside and outside of a transmission medium using the transmission medium as a communication line, includes the steps of: receiving an electric signal having information related to a transmission medium from a plurality of sensors inside the transmission medium; conducting the electric signal to the transmission medium; and sensing the electric signal flowing to the outside of the transmission medium. Because a modulating unit is not necessary, a power consumption is minimized. In addition, since an electric signal is directly conducted to a medium, it is not necessary to use an antenna, and thus, degradation of a reception rate according to a directional property of the antenna can be prevented. Moreover, since the electric signal is directly generated in the medium and the medium is directly used as an electric conductor, the overall size of a transmitter is reduced.

Method and apparatus for communication between inside and outside of transmission medium using transmission medium as communication line

A linear actuator capable of inducing a linear motion as well as a rotational motion using only two rotors is provided. The linear actuator includes: first and second rotors connected to respective driving force sources; a linear motion unit formed on the first rotor to be linearly movable; and a driving power transmission unit which is fixed to the second rotor and engages the linear motion unit. A linear motion on a rotor can be easily induced using a relative angular velocity difference between two rotors without an additional driving power source for the linear motion.
