The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material, maintaining a nanoporous skeleton structure formed by coordination of an organic ligand containing an aromatic compound to a trivalent central metal ion, and further having an intramolecular acid anhydride functional group modified on the aromatic compound of the nanoporous skeleton structure, and thereby exhibits selectivity for olefins, and an adsorbent comprising the same. Specifically, the organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material of the present invention exhibits an excellent olefin-selective adsorption capacity through differences in adsorption equilibrium and adsorption rate, and thus can be usefully employed in the separation of C2-C4 hydrocarbons. Further, the olefins adsorbed to the organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material can be desorbed by purging of an inert gas which is not liquefied by way of mild vacuum conditions or compression, and thus, the organic-inorganic hybrid nanoporous material can be used to prepare olefins by separating C2-C4 hydrocarbon mixtures.

The present invention relates to a complex and a method for manufacturing same, the complex comprising: at least one crystalline hybrid nanoporous material powder, in which a metal ion, or a metal ion cluster to which oxygen is bound, and an organic ligand, or the organic ligand and a negative ion ligand are in a coordinate covalent bond; and at least one organic polymer additive, or at least one organic polymer additive and an inorganic additive, wherein the shape of the complex is spherical or pseudo-spherical, the size of the complex is 0.1 to 100 mm, a total volume of pores is 5 or more volume % based on the sum of a total volume of nanoporous material having a size of at most 10 nm and a total volume of pores having a size of at least 0.1 &#x3bc;m, and wherein a non-surface value per weight (m/g) of the complex as at least 83% of a non-surface value per weight (m/g) of the nanoporous material powder.

Disclosed herein is a nanoporous hybrids formed by covalent bonding between a crystalline organic-inorganic hybrid and a gigantic mesoporous metal oxide, containing organic groups on the surface thereof, having a size of 10 nm or more. Since the covalently-bonded hybrid nanoporous composite has a large surface area, a multiple microporous structure, a large pore volume and includes an organic-inorganic hybrid having backbone flexibility, the covalently-bonded hybrid nanoporous composite can be used as materials for storing liquids and gases, such as hydrogen, methane and the like, and can be used as adsorbents, separating materials, catalysts, and the like. Further, the covalently-bonded hybrid nanoporous hybrids can be used in the application fields of biomolecule supporting, drug delivery, harmful material removal, nanoparticle supporter, sensors, catalysis, adsorbents, fluorescent materials, solar cells, and the like.
