The present disclosure relates to a beam projector apparatus for a vehicle, in which a beam projector installed on an armrest of a rear seat may be used to project a video onto a screen provided in a vehicle and enable a vehicle passenger to watch the video in a situation in which the vehicle passenger takes a rest, and as necessary, the projector may be taken out of the armrest and used in an outdoor resting space outside the vehicle to allow a user to watch a video.

A device for folding a seat may include: a lower arm stopper fixed to a predetermined radial position with respect to a reclining hinge shaft of a seatback as a center; a lock plate configured to rotate about a rotation shaft as a center while being hooked to the lower arm stopper in a process of reclining forward together with the seatback with respect to the reclining hinge shaft as the center; and a folding link limited to rotate by being hooked to the lock plate and configured to make folding rotation together with the seatback with respect to a folding hinge shaft, as a center, located at a part above the reclining hinge shaft, by being released from being hooked to the lock plate according to the rotation of the lock plate.

Provided is a vehicle-seat apparatus including: a front link whose upper end portion is connected to a front portion of a seat cushion; a sliding member connected to a lower end portion of the front link; a sliding guidance member installed on a bottom surface of the accommodation space to extend backward and forward and thus to guide linear backward and forward movements of the sliding member; an L-shaped main link whose front end portion is connected to a body of the front link and whose rear upper end portion is connected to a lower end portion of a seat back; a fixation bracket installed on an upper end portion of a rear wall of the accommodation space; and a rear support link whose front upper end portion is connected to a rear portion of the seat cushion, and whose rear lower end portion is connected to the fixation bracket.
