A display device includes a substrate, a circuit layer, a light emitting element layer, and a display driving circuit. The circuit layer comprises demux circuit units side by side in a demux area of a non-display area of the substrate and electrically connected between data lines and the display driving circuit, test signal supply lines in the non-display area and transmitting test signals for testing the lighting state of light emitting elements of the light emitting element layer, and test pad connection lines respectively electrically connected to test signal pads in the sub-area and extending to the non-display area. The test signal supply lines are electrically connected to the test pad connection lines through test line connection contact holes, respectively. The test line connection contact holes are in a test connection area which is a part of the demux area adjacent to the sub-area.

An organic light emitting diode ('OLED') display includes a semiconductor layer on a substrate, first and second signal lines on the semiconductor layer, a shield layer on the first and second signal lines, a data line on the shield layer, and an OLED on the data line, where the transistor includes a driving transistor, a second transistor connected to the first signal line and the data line, and a third transistor including a gate electrode connected to the first signal line, a third electrode connected to a second electrode of the driving transistor, and a fourth electrode connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, the shield layer includes an overlapped portion overlapping at least a part of the connection portion and non-overlaps the second transistor, and the shield layer is separated from the first and second signal lines with a gap therebetween in a plan view.

Organic light emitting diode display

A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a light blocking layer disposed on the substrate; and a semiconductor layer disposed on the light blocking layer, wherein the light blocking layer includes a plurality of flat plate portions disposed in the display area, a first connector connected to the flat plate portions in a first direction, a second connector connected to the flat plate portions in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and an outer portion disposed in the non-display area, and the first connector and the outer portion are directly connected to each other, and a width of the outer portion is greater than a width of the first connector.

A display device includes a display area including sub-pixels for displaying an image, a non-display area adjacent to the display area, and a first driving voltage line disposed in the non-display area and including at least one straight portion defining a plurality of first straight holes and a bent portion defining a plurality of first bent holes. A display device includes pixels electrically connected to first scan lines, second scan lines, and emission lines, a first scan driver that applies first scan signals to the first scan lines, a second scan driver that applies second scan signals to the second scan lines, an emission control driver that applies emission signals to the emission lines, and a power supply that generates and outputs a first high voltage and a second high voltage. At least one of the stages includes an input circuit controlling voltages of a first node and a second node, an output circuit supplying a voltage of first power or a voltage of second power to an output terminal as the emission control signal in response to a voltage of a third node and a voltage of a fourth node, a first signal processor controlling the voltage of the fourth node, a second signal processor controlling the voltage of the fourth node, and a third signal processor controlling the voltage of the third node electrically connected to the first node in response to signals supplied to the second input terminal and the third input terminal and the voltage of the first node.
