A resistor component includes an insulating substrate, a resistor layer disposed on one surface of the insulating substrate and having one end and the other end opposing each other in a first direction, and first and second terminals disposed on the insulating substrate and spaced apart from each other to oppose each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and connected to the resistor layer. A slit in the resistor layer extends in the first direction, and a ratio of a length of the slit in the first direction to a length of the resistor layer in the first direction is greater than 0.7 and equal to or lower than 0.9.

Resistor component

An electronic component includes a body having an internal electrode disposed therein, and an external electrode disposed on the body and connected to the internal electrode, wherein in a cross section of the body cut in length and thickness directions, the external electrode includes a first electrode layer disposed below the body and a second electrode layer covering at least the first electrode layer and a side portion of the body, and the internal electrode is connected to the second electrode layer through the side portion of the body.

Electronic component

A resistor component includes an insulating substrate; a resistance layer disposed on one surface of the insulating substrate; and first and second terminals disposed on the insulating substrate to be spaced apart from each other and connected to the resistance layer, wherein each the first and second terminals comprises an inner electrode layer disposed on the resistance layer, and a via electrode penetrating the resistance layer to be in contact with the one surface of the insulating substrate and the inner electrode layer.

A resistor component includes an insulating substrate having one surface and the other surface and one end surface and the other end surface, a slit portion disposed on the one end surface and the other end surface and extending to the one surface and the other surface, a resistor layer disposed on the one surface, and a first terminal and a second terminal connected to the resistor layer. The first and second terminals include: an internal electrode layer including an upper electrode disposed on the one surface, a lower electrode disposed on the other surface, and a slit electrode disposed on an internal wall of the slit portion, and an external electrode layer disposed on the one end surface, the other end surface, and the internal wall of the slit portion, being in contact with the slit electrode, having a thickness less than a thickness of the internal electrode layer.

A resistor element includes a base substrate having a first surface and a second surface, a resistive layer having a first surface disposed on the second surface of the base substrate, a second surface opposing the first surface of the resistive layer, and first to fourth sides connecting the first surface of the resistive layer to the second surface of the resistive layer, and internal electrodes spaced apart from each other on the second surface of the base substrate. The first and second sides of the resistive layer face each other in a direction in which the internal electrodes are spaced apart, and the third and fourth sides of the resistive layer connect the first and second sides. With the second surface of the base substrate, an angle between each of the third and fourth sides is greater than an angle between each of the first and second sides.

Resistor element

A resistor component includes a support substrate, a resistive layer disposed on one surface of the support substrate, and a plurality of slits disposed in the resistive layer, each extending from one end or another end of the resistive layer opposing each other in a first direction, and spaced apart from each other in a second direction traversing the first direction. First and second internal electrodes are disposed on the support substrate and are respectively disposed on one end and another end of the resistive layer opposing each other in the second direction to be spaced apart from each other. A first protective layer is disposed on the resistive layer. The plurality of slits include a primary slit covered by the first protective layer, and a secondary slit extending in the first protective layer.
