Provided is an Internet-of-Things patch-type sensor device and a sensing information monitoring system and a sensing information monitoring method using same, which can easily obtain sensing information from an object to be measured, such as a human body or a thing, and check state changes of the object to be measured by using the sensing information. The Internet-of-Things patch-type sensor device includes: a lower plate unit detachably coupled to an object to be measured; a control panel unit stacked and fixed on the top of the lower plate unit; and a top plate unit stacked and fixed on the top of the control panel unit.

Provided is a method and apparatus for measuring a biosignal. The biosignal measurement method may include measuring, at a biosignal measurement apparatus, a biosignal using a biosignal measurement sensor; processing, at the biosignal measurement apparatus, the biosignal and converting the biosignal to a pulse signal using a first voltage distribution time constant circuit and a waveform converter; and counting, at the biosignal measurement apparatus, the pulse signal using a counter and generating first biometric information. Provided are a sensor device and a sensing method using the same. The sensor device according to the present invention includes: a sensing voltage generating unit outputting different voltage values depending on an external environment; a pulse generating unit generating a pulse having a period which is proportional to an input voltage; a divider dividing an output of the pulse generating unit; and a counter unit measuring a length of an output pulse of the divider in a clock unit.
