A robot joint module and a wireless power supply apparatus, system, and method therefor. The apparatus includes: a wireless power receiver arranged at a connecting end of a current robot joint module and adapted to receive electrical power from a previous robot joint module of the current robot joint module; and a wireless power transmitter arranged at an output end of the current robot joint module and adapted to transmit the electrical power to a next robot joint module of the current robot joint module. By receiving electrical power from a previous robot joint module in a wireless power supply mode and sending the electrical power to a next robot joint module in a wireless power supply mode, the electrical power can be transferred between a plurality of robot joint modules, without arranging any power cable. The cost of and difficulty in arranging power cables can be reduced, and cable breakage caused by winding of the power cables can also be avoided, thereby implementing infinite continuous rotation of joints.

A modular multilevel converter and a power electronic transformer is provided. The modular multilevel converter includes: a low-frequency AC to DC conversion module, comprising three branch circuits connected in parallel between output ends, each branch circuit being formed of multiple IGBT half-bridge circuits connected in series, and an electric coupling point of two adjacent IGBT half-bridge circuits in a middle position of the branch circuit being connected to a voltage input end Vin; a DC to high-frequency AC conversion module, connected between the output ends, the DC to high-frequency AC conversion module being formed of multiple IGBT half-bridge circuits connected in series, the DC to high-frequency AC conversion module having multiple sets of output ends. The MMC and power electronic transformer includes a smaller volume, lower cost and better stability in use.

Embodiments disclose a radiator component and a heat dissipation system for a power semiconductor device. The radiator component for a power semiconductor device includes a heat dissipation body including an inner-ring substrate, an outer-ring substrate, and a plurality of heat sinks. In an embodiment, the outer-ring substrate surrounds the inner-ring substrate and the plurality of heat sinks are arranged between the inner-ring substrate and the outer-ring substrate. One or more first power semiconductor device arrangement positions are provided on an inner circumferential surface of the inner-ring substrate and one or more second power semiconductor device arrangement positions are arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the outer-ring substrate. The radiator component further includes a fan component. The embodiments can save on space, reduce costs, improve the heat dissipation efficiency, and avoid the problem of disturbances between a plurality of fans.

A magnetic actuator includes: a movable unit, movable between a first position and a second position, and including an integrally formed eddy-current component and first magnet yoke component; a second magnet yoke component to form a magnetic circuit with the first magnet yoke component; an electromagnetic coil capable of generating an exciting magnetic field when being energized, magnetic lines generated thereby being energized penetrating the magnetic circuit formed by the first and second magnet yoke components; an eddy-current coil to enable an eddy current to be generated in the eddy-current component, to produce an electromagnetic repulsive force to the movable unit; and a permanent magnetic holding component to hold the movable unit in the first position or the second position. The magnetic actuator can simplify the actuator, reduce the number of components and the size thereof, as well as reducing the energy consumption and improving the stability thereof.
