The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition including a polyolefin-polystyrene-based multi-block copolymer having a structure in which a polystyrene chain is attached to both ends of a polypropylene and polyolefin chain, and the thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention exhibits high fluidity properties as well as soft feel and high restoring force.

A polyolefin-polystyrene multi-block copolymer and a method of producing the same is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the polyolefin-polystyrene multi-block copolymer has a first complex viscosity of 40,000 Pa·s to 350,000 Pa·s at a temperature of 160° C. and a first frequency of 0.5 rad/s, and has a second complex viscosity of 900 Pa·s to 3,500 Pa·s at a temperature of 160° C. and a second frequency of 125 rad/s. The polyolefin-polystyrene multi-block copolymer has a structure in which polystyrene chains are attached to both ends of a polyolefin chain.

A polyolefin-polystyrene multi-block copolymer and method of making the same is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a polyolefin-polystyrene multi-block copolymer having a ratio of a loss modulus (E″) to a storage modulus (E') satisfying the following conditions (a) and (b) over a temperature range of −80° C. to 40° C., wherein the ratio is represented by a loss tangent (tan δ) value and is obtained by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), (a) a maximum of the tan δ value in a peak present in the temperature range is 0.20 to 0.35, and (b) a half-width of the peak ranges from 32.0° C. to 50.0° C. The polyolefin-polystyrene multi-block copolymer has a structure in which polystyrene chains are attached to both ends of a polyolefin chain.

The present disclosure relates to a rubber composition for a tire tread, the rubber composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a raw material rubber, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a vegetable oil having a weight ratio of linolenic acid to oleic acid of 1:0.5 to 1:1.5, 10 to 20 parts by weight of a terpene-based resin having a softening point of 110 to 130&#xb0; C., and 75 to 120 parts by weight of a reinforcing filler, and a tire manufactured using the rubber composition for the tire tread. The present disclosure provides a tread rubber composition for four seasons which improves the braking performance on the ice and snow road surface and the abrasion resistant performance and improves the braking performance on the wet road surface at the same time while minimizing a drop in rotational resistance.

Disclosed are a rubber composition for tire treads which includes raw rubber including a natural rubber, a solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber and a neodymium butadiene rubber, a reinforcing filler including highly dispersible silica and carbon black and a natural oil having an unsaturated fatty acid content of 60 to 90% by weight, and a tire manufactured from the same. The tire manufactured from the rubber composition for tire treads according to the embodiment of the present invention can exhibit excellent braking performance, abrasion resistance and durability.

The present invention relates to TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein acting as a double-antagonist to TNF-alpha (&#x3b1;) and IL-21. The composition containing the double antagonist to TNF-&#x3b1; and Il-21 (TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein), known as major causes of autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis, one of autoimmune diseases, can reduce the secretion of inflammatory cytokine, increase the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokine, and suppress the differentiation of osteoclasts better than single proteins such as TNFR2-Fc and IL21R-Fc. The TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein of the present invention has not only excellent treatment effect on arthritis in CIA mouse model not also excellent treatment effect on autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis by increasing the expression of Treg, the immune suppressive cells. Therefore, the TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein of the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient for the composition for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune disease.
