Display device including first and second scan drivers to provide scan signals to different transistors of a pixel circuit

A display device includes: a first pixel connected to a first data line and a first scan line; a second pixel connected to the first data line and a second scan line; a first scan driver connected to a first scan start line and the first scan line; and a second scan driver connected to a second scan start line and the second scan line. In a first frame period, the second scan start line is to be suppled with a second scan start signal having a turn-on level, after a first period elapses after a first scan start signal having a turn-on level is supplied to the first scan start line. In a second frame period, a difference between a time at which the first scan start signal having the turn-on level is supplied and a time at which the second scan start signal having the turn-on level is supplied corresponds to a second period. The second period is shorter than the first period.

A gate driver includes a stage configured to output a gate signal, the stage including an input part configured to control a voltage of a first node and a voltage of a second node based on signals supplied to a first input terminal and a second input terminal, an output part configured to supply a voltage of a first power source or a voltage of a second power source as the gate signal to an output terminal based on a voltage of a third node and a voltage of a fourth node, a first signal processing part configured to supply the voltage of the second power source to the fourth node based on the voltage of the first node, or to electrically connect the second node and the fourth node through a fifth node based on a signal supplied to a third input terminal, and a second signal processing part including a first transistor connected between the third node and a sixth node to control the voltage of the third node based on an operation of the first transistor.

Gate driver and display device including the same

A stage including: an output circuit connected to a first node and a second node; an input connected to a third node and a fourth node; and a plurality of signal processors between the output and the input, the plurality of signal processors electrically connecting the first node and the third node and electrically connecting the second node and the fourth node, wherein the input includes: a seventh transistor connected between a first input terminal and the fourth node and having a gate electrode connected to a second input terminal; a plurality of eighth transistors serially connected between the third node and the second input terminal and having gate electrodes connected to the fourth node; and a ninth transistor connected between the third node and a second power source and having a gate electrode connected to the second input terminal.

The display device comprises a display panel including a plurality of signal pads and one or more dummy pads, and at least one flexible wiring board providing signals to the signal pads, wherein a maximum bias period of signals provided to a pair of adjacent signal pads with at least one dummy pad interposed therebetween is longer than a maximum bias period of signals provided to a pair of adjacent signal pads with no dummy pad disposed therebetween.

Organic light-emitting display device

A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a pixel circuit, and first and second transistors. The OLD includes a cathode electrode connected to a second power source. The pixel circuit includes a driving transistor having a gate electrode initialized by a third power source. The driving transistor controls the amount of current flowing from a first power source to the second power source via the OLED. The first transistor is connected between a fourth power source and the second power source and an anode electrode of the OLED. The first transistor is turned on based on a scan signal is supplied to a scan line. The second transistor is connected between a data line and the pixel circuit. The second transistor is turned on when the scan signal is supplied to the ith scan line.

Pixel, organic light emitting display device using the same, and method of driving the organic light emitting display device

There is provided a display device including a substrate, a circuit layer, and an element layer. A display area of the substrate includes a main display area in which emission areas are arranged side by side, and at least one sub-display area surrounded by the main display area. The at least one sub-display area further includes light transmission areas located between the emission areas. The circuit layer includes light-emitting pixel drivers respectively electrically connected to the light-emitting elements of the element layer, data lines transmitting data signals to the light-emitting pixel drivers, first dummy lines extending in a first direction intersecting the data lines, and second dummy lines extending parallel to the data lines and paired with the data lines, respectively. The second dummy lines include reset transmission lines extending from the non-display area to the at least one sub-display area.

A display device includes pixels, and a power supply to supply a first initialization voltage to the pixels through a first initialization power line, and to supply a second initialization voltage to the pixels through a second initialization power line. Display device having plurality of initialization power sources

A pixel includes a pixel circuit and an organic light emitting diode. The pixel circuit has first, second, third, and fourth transistors. The first transistor controls an amount of current flowing from a first driving power supply coupled to a first node to a second driving power supply through the organic light emitting diode.
