The present invention relates to a heat exchanger having a flow distribution tank structure for thermal stress dispersion. The objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated heat exchanger for cooling two types of heat exchange media having different temperatures, the heat exchanger having a flow distribution tank structure for thermal stress dispersion, and having a flow distribution structure in a tack so as to effectively disperse the thermal stress caused by the temperature difference.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising: a header tank having a plurality of flow paths in which a heat exchange medium flows; multiple rows of tubes connected to the header tank; and heat radiation fins interposed between the tubes, wherein the tubes include a heat exchange part coupled to the heat radiation fins and a coupling part that is formed on a longitudinal end of the heat exchange part and coupled to the header tank, the width of the coupling part is formed to be less than the width of the heat exchange part so that the overall package size of the heat exchanger may be reduced, thus enabling a compact configuration, and the space between neighboring rows of the tubes may be reduced, thus making it possible to reduce the material of the heat radiation fins.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger having a header structure for dispersing thermal stress. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger having a header structure for dispersing thermal stress, wherein the heat exchanger improves the structure of a tube insertion hole on a header so as to disperse as much thermal stress as possible, by focusing on the fact that thermal stress concentration mainly occurs in a tube nose.

Provided is an integrated heat exchanger including a header tank in which a gasket is interposed between the header and the tank to seal a portion that the header and the tank are coupled to each other, wherein an inner space of the header tank is partitioned such that a first space portion formed between regions in which the heat exchange medium flows is formed to be in communication with an external region of the header tank through a heat exchange medium discharging means formed at a portion that the header and the tank are coupled to each other, thereby preventing the heat exchange mediums from being leaked between two heat exchange portions and to detect a leakage of the heat exchange medium even when the leakage of the heat exchange medium occurs.

Provided is a cooling module, and more particularly, a cooling module configured to include a condenser, an intercooler, and at least one radiator, and discharge a heat exchange medium by changing a shape of peripheral components without configuring separate components such as a separate hose when the heat exchange medium inside a radiator disposed on an upper part of the intercooler is discharged.

A vehicle radiator may include a first header tank partitioned through a first barrier rib that is integrally formed at the inside to store a coolant to form a first chamber and a second chamber inside the first header tank, a second header tank disposed apart by a predetermined gap from the first header tank and partitioned through a second barrier rib that is integrally formed therein to correspond to the first barrier rib to form a third chamber and a fourth chamber, a plurality of first and second tubes that are mounted in a vertical direction at each separated position of each inside surface of the first header tank and the second header tank, heat diffusion fins, each of which are formed between the first tubes and the second tubes; and a condenser that is provided at the inside of the fourth chamber in the second header tank.
