A mounting apparatus for holding an expansion card with a slot cover, the mounting apparatus comprises a rear panel and a fastener. The rear panel defines a slot, and forms a holder above the slot. The holder forms a pivoting axis at a free end thereof, and the pivoting axis is in parallel with the rear panel. The fastener is pivotably attached to the pivoting axis, and comprises a pressing portion pressing the slot cover to the holder and a locking portion locked to the rear panel.

Expansion card mounting apparatus

A mounting apparatus for holding a storage device with a mounting hole comprises a bracket, an operating member, and a fastener. The bracket comprises a first sidewall connected to a second sidewall, and the second sidewall is generally perpendicular to the first sidewall. The storage device is disposed in the bracket. A fastener is pivotally attachable to the first sidewall of the bracket, and a mounting tab is formed from the fastener. An operating member is movably attached to the second sidewall of the bracket and connectable to the fastener. The fastener is pivoted by moving the operating member so that the mounting tab of the fastener is inserted into the mounting hole of the storage device for latching the storage device. Thus, the storage device is locked in the bracket.

Mounting apparatus for storage device

A stand for retaining a computer chassis includes a base frame, a pair of clamping arms, and a pair of pivoting members. Each of the pivoting members includes a linking portion connected to each of the clamping arms, and a pivoting portion pivotally connected to two ends of the base frame. A fixing apparatus is provided for holding a data storage device which defines a hole in a side wall thereof. The fixing apparatus includes a drive bracket, and a receiving rack. The drive bracket includes a side panel. The receiving rack includes a side plate, a pin arranged on the side plate to engage in the hole of the data storage device, and a handle being lockable to the side panel of the drive bracket. The data storage device is slantways placed into the receiving rack from a side opposite to the side plate. The combined receiving rack and the data storage device is received in the drive bracket.

Fixing apparatus of data storage device

A mounting apparatus includes a bracket (), a slidable member (), a retention member (), and a pair of shock absorbers (). The bracket is for receiving a storage device () therein, the bracket including a pair of opposite first and second sidewalls (), and a pair of through holes () is defined in the first sidewall. The slidable member is movably attached to the first sidewall of the bracket. The retention member is spring-loaded, and is movable relative to the slidable member and the first sidewall respectively in different directions. A fixing mechanism for securing a printed circuit board () to a computer chassis, includes a fixing board (), a tray () for securing the printed circuit board, and a driving device (). The fixing board forms a number of fastening portions () to engage in fastening holes () of the tray. The driving device includes a sliding board () slidably attached to the fixing board, a pull handle () pivotally connected to the fixing board, a connecting block () arranged to the pull handle, and a linking element (). The linking element connects the connecting block to the sliding board, the tray is connected to the sliding board. The pull handle is rotated to move the tray between a locked position and an unlocked position.

Fixing mechanism for printed circuit board

A protection device is provided to protect connectors which are to be connected to electronic interfaces at a panel of a computer chassis (). The protection device includes a bracket () secured to the panel, and a cover () pivotally attached to the bracket for shielding the connectors. The cover defines a plurality of slots for extension of cables of the connectors therethrough. The slots include a large assembly slot (), a narrow accommodating slot (), and a connecting slot communicating the assembly slot and the accommodating slot. The accommodating slot is in alignment with a zone disposed at the panel of the computer chassis having at least one electronic interface for collecting a cable of at least one connector, the assembly slot allowing entrance of the at least one connector is not in alignment with the zone.

Protection device for connectors

A stand for supporting a computer chassis () includes a base frame (), a pair of clamping arms (), and a hinge () pivotally connecting the clamping arms to the base frame. The base frame includes a pair of levers (), and a beam () disposed between the levers. The hinge includes a pair of first connecting portion (), a pair of second connecting portions () assembled with first connecting portions, and a shaft () pivotally engaging with the first and second connecting portions. The first connecting portions respectively hold free ends of the levers of the base frame therein. The second connecting portions respectively hold free ends of the clamping arms therein. The computer chassis is supported by the stand, seating on the shaft and the beam of the base frame and retained by the clamping arms.

A mounting apparatus for a light emitting diode having a shoulder extending therefrom includes a panel, a base, and a bracket. The panel defines a through hole therein for the light emitting diode emitting light therethrough. The base extends from the panel round the through hole of the panel. The base includes a hollow cylinder. The cylinder defines a pair of mounting slots therein. The bracket includes a hollow retaining body for holding the light emitting diode therein. A pair of hooks and a pair of location portions extends from the retaining body. A height of the hooks is greater than that of the location portions. The shoulder of the light emitting diode is located between the hooks and location portions. A pair of shafts extends from the retaining body for being engaged in said mounting slots of the base.

A computer bezel includes a main body (), a shutter () movably attached to the main body, a pair of springs () connecting the shutter and the main body, and a bracket (). The main body includes an opening () and a pair of flanges (). A first rail () and a second rail () are defined in each flange. The first rail and the second rail each include an orientating rail () and a guiding rail (). A door lock () is secured on the main body. The shutter includes a first sliding portion (), a second sliding portion (), and an engaging end (). When the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion slide into the guiding rail, the shutter is opened, the engaging end is engaged into the door lock, and the springs are extended. When the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion slide into the orientating rail, the shutter is closed, the engaging end is disengaged from the door lock, and the springs are rebounded.

A rail assembly for a data storage device includes a bracket () comprising a first wall (), a rail () attached to the first wall () and a fastener () comprising a set of latches (). The first wall () defining a set of through holes (), the rail () defining a plurality of sets of locating holes () according to the through holes () of the first wall () and the latches () of the fastener (). Wherein the latches of the fastener are extended through the through holes of the first wall and engage with one selected set of the locating holes of the rail respectively.

Rail assembly for a data storage device

A fan holder assembly includes a fan duct, a fan, and a holder that secures the fan to the fan duct. The holder is a frame and defines an air hole in the center thereof. Four through holes are defined in the edge of the holder for securing the holder to the fan duct, and a hook is formed from the edge of the air hole for securing the fan to the fan holder. Via this assembly, the fan duct is capable of selectively engaging with different sizes of fans to satisfy the need of cooling.

A computer bezel includes a front panel, a power button attached to the front panel; an annular member attached to the front panel and set around the power button; and a protective member for covering the power button. The front panel includes a concave portion defining two slots and two through holes therein, the protective member includes two hooks engaging in the slots for slidably attaching the protective member to the front panel. Two posts formed on the protective member. When each post is in alignment with the corresponding through hole, the protective member is depressed to push the power button.

The protrusion snappingly engages with the first wedge so that it abuts the first wedge and prevents said slide member from moving back out from the drive bracket. The buffer abuts the stop plate and prevents the slide member from moving too far into the drive bracket.
